Absolutely loving steve bruce as manager , i love him like a no2 who gets a chance because the manager gets sacked. I wont disagree mate , but a top class striker (40mill) should be capable of making an impact regardless of the football. Shearer , cole , cisse for eg would have 3 or 4 by now. I blame the club personally , for the short sightedness , lack of footballing knowledge and inability of building a TEAM for football over commercial interests and missing the point completely when it comes to fan expectation. Nufc still exists for all the wrong reasons regardless of player or value When will the remaining 40k+ fans see this?

A bit concerned sbout this guy now , i dont doubt he has some decent attributes , but as a striker he shows no anticipation whatsoever. An important attribute for any succesful striker in my book.

Definately a player in this lad , i think something will click at some point and he will be awesome.i just dont think it will be in this team.i think he will become a good signing for a top 6 club with a good manager next couple of year. I think his inexperience shows a bit sometimes , a senior mentor like rondon would have been perfect this season to bring him on and relieve the pressure put on him by the club. Why nufc constantly do this with talented young players? Hoy them straight in , sink or swim , fuck em up , the club needs to learn how to deal with young human beings and the art of development.

Mike ashley has never been a custodian of the club , he hijacked it and has held the club and its fans hostage for well over a decade now. 30k fans are lucky , they managed to escape and jumped from the back of the plane when they got the chance. however , 40k remain , too scared to jump , yet prolonging inevitable pain and agony . Im not sure top premier league money was paid for him. If he is on 50k a week , this equates to nearly 16million over a 6yr contract. You can guarantee this will be part of the '40million transfer fee' , they have history of doing this. Then you have agents fees and addons for goals/appearances Etc. I bet the actual transfer fee was closer to 15million. If his wages werent included , the club would of called it a 65million deal or whatever...

Question How does lee charnley manage to stay under the radar so much? After all , he is responsible for every single decision which isnt made by ashley , he is a fundamental part of the problems at nufc but seems to get away it for some reason? Part of me thinks he may be sacked pretty soon . With attendances down , there is increasing pressure on the club to stem the tide . I can see this happening for sure if they continue to drop and fail to pick up points. Charners will take the next hit. And the knackers will go flooding back!
