The Sheffield clubs always seem continuously let down by the owners. Both given the size of their fan bases should be mainstays in the Premier League.

What does being a smaller club have to do with anything?

Think this will be a tricky game. I can imagine because Jose is their manager they will set up with a low block. Something we have struggled with. Atmosphere will need to be big even during frustrating moments to keep the players at it. Hopefully the Brighton defeat will help give them extra determination.

I don’t disagree, and was saying all summer we need more skill and technicality in our team particularly to break down low blocks. I have no idea of that was the issue today as I couldn’t watch the game, I was just sticking g up for those players. Still early in the season and we have to have faith in Howe.

Tbf, Osula very nearly made us a profit, and wissa still might come good when his injury over, so not really fair to lump them in to the same bracket.

Not really as Mike Ashley didn’t really care about our revenue. I wish he did.

Without ASM, we weren’t even getting that far up the pitch. There was a stat floating around about the 33 game mark of asm’s first season. Without him in the team our points average was easily relegation form. With him it was close to champions league. It’s why Bruce allowed him special treatment.
