In terms of Dennis Wise scouting scale goes, I don't think any of the signings linked this summer are except Ekitike (Those two seem a level above Delap, Pedro etc to me). If nothing else he seems a very exciting watch.

I'll be honest people can react to how they want to but personally I feel like because you don't know what the intention was behind it it's not worth taking it personally.

Made me laugh more than it should have.

Gonna refer to my cock as undisclosed for now on.

From what I saw in the Liverpool game I actually think if the manager wanted to pursue some 2 striker systems he would be fine as the 2nd forward alongside another more recognized CF. But he just can't be the only striker at any point IMO.

Justice for the Brilliant but ugly playmakers.

It's best to look at any signing now as a Wilson replacement. Woltemade is clearly the Isak replacement. It will make today a lot less frustrating assuming someone is signed obviously, if nobody is signed then nothing will make that less frustrating.
-
It probably wouldn't have to be if people would stop treating what random talking heads who claim they are 'experts' saying he's not a striker just because he can dribble exceptionally well as fact.

I have a friend from Cape Town and she told me they have tonnes of different dialects and some don't even sound what most people think South African sound like Doesn't help I guess but I felt like mentioning that.
-
Can people tell me if I'm wrong? But I get the impression Jackson and Woltemade would hardly be something to be upset about on paper. I think the issue is they capitulated on the price and look like mugs, 150+ these two coming in would probably be seen as good work despite shit circumstances. Obviously that isn't the reality, but trying to state that Jackson would be fine in a world they got what they claimed they were asking for Isak.
-
If you can't see the precedent that this sets, regarding future star players being sold and agents and clubs knowing exactly what they have to do and why it's an issue. Then I really don't know what to say tbh. That's the biggest problem with this, it's the domino effect it has the next time someone wants to buy one of the key players.

Very standard fashion for a German tbh The tank/baggy trouser look is probably the most common combo I see when I go to Berlin.

True we don't and we likely never will, so I'm just reading between lines about how both saga's has panned out that leads me to believe one is lying and one isn't. Obviously this would be easier if we had facts but unfortunately we don't.
-
Yes but the context that led to that behavior is different, ignoring what happened before he decided not to train is silly to me. I know Isak claimed similar. But the fact he came out and made his claims MONTHS after when it was supposed to happen tells me he's lying where I don't think Wissa is. But I've said multiple times my views on this, doesn't really make sense to go round in circles on it.
-
I will never understand people who act like they're the same situations at all. He took some of the same actions, but I think it's very clear the circumstances are vastly different. Ignoring the circumstances that led to his actions makes no sense to me.

Aye that train left the station like 30 years ago

I see the Brazilian player with English ass name archetype is alive and well.

Some of you really need to not judge players on a 3 game start where the striker was untested kid and a winger. If the midfield is still struggling once there are actual recognised forwards playing for an extended period then sure. But for now it makes no sense to pay attention to anything they're doing.
-
Because people keep saying it, I've said this already but I'm convinced most of the people in the media are massively overthinking it because he has the skillset to do both. He's a striker and that's what he's been bought for, there might be occasions where they might play him alongside someone but I severely doubt it's going to be a permanent thing.
-
I suspect the midfield concerns are more due to the fact they've played without a recognised striker for the first two games and a kid played in the 3rd one. That would make any midfield look like it needs more, I'm sure it will be fine.

Watch it in a few days when the ineptitude of these cunts wears off Because I just watched it and it's very good.
