I don’t know how else to explain it but we look heavy. Sluggish. We used to play with a zip and a swagger, we seemed to have confidence in our ability to stick it away and see a game out. Now it’s just a lot of half baked ideas, blind alleys and balls to absolutely nobody. And that’s effecting their confidence in the basics - time and time and time again we see players misplacing a simple pass. There’s a funk that’s set in that’s in serious danger of becoming a rut. It’s salvageable but we need some new faces, some fresh ideas and a bit of deadwood getting rid of.

I genuinely can’t see where the next win is coming from here. We look totally toothless.

I really like that Japanese lad from Sociedad Kubo. I know his stock is relatively high at the moment though so probably a none starter.
