Manchester United reduced to Rory Delap long throws What a time to be alive
-
Just being in the mix and having to think about it would just about do for me like
-
Can see that pyewer Sunlun class shining out out of that young lad
-
I feel like if it was the other way around we would be making excuses for our lad about momentum and that sort of thing, but that last step was completely needless, I don't think there can be any real complaints.
-
Did some time for an assault, did he not? **edit https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-18584603.amp I mean, I don't even mind that. It's the wank punditry and takes that are the issue
-
Aye the lad played for Thornaby apparently, I was there Saturday watching them brush Alnwick aside. Didn't hear anyone saying a word about one of their players being in custody.
-
But fucking shit for you, and that's kinda the point when you've got nothing but schadenfreude, you have to take the schadenfreude. You might find out in the not too distant future (I do genuinely admire the fronting up though, textbook away fan on home forum attitude)

I was just thinking it sounded better than usual on Radio Newcastle anyway. Was starting to think that the Season Ticket Holders Are Quiet theory maybe carries a bit of weight, assuming that some have been replaced by fans who usually can't get in tonight
-
Agree with all of that but the timing issue is not so much acoustics as just the whole speed of sound is not very fast issue. No amount of stadium design will fix that, not as long as the stadium has to accommodate a football pitch anyway. Gallowgate fans will be well used to the half second or more delay between seeing the away fans bouncing and the roar reaching them

Love, love to see it. It's only Liverpool taking the edge off it for me
-
pep has nee idea how to reverse this
-
I think Charlotte Potts did exactly that at the last encounter. An industrial challenge, what my dad would call "letting her know she's in a game"
-
I can never get my head around why radio commentators are generally very good, but television commentators are almost without exception utterly wank at their jobs
-
I love Joelinton to bits, love his attitude and his work but I'm amazed seeing him consistently this high in folks' thoughts
-
It improves our own situation not at all, but this is glorious news
-
Aye, I wonder about this as well. Not sure it's something Bruno wants or thrives on either. Was there also talk of some senior leadership group in the team? There is nothing will divide a team quicker than some of them feeling less important than others imo

Barnes 2-2

After a while it gets so you actually prefer it I honestly think I prefer listening to it if I'm not there. Commentators are almost always better on radio as well in my experience.
-
Which one, the lad that was just there a few months or the one before him? West Allotment back up and running I see, and putting folk to the sword already. Rumours of their demise were perhaps exaggerated
-
Couldn't believe how hard he hit it. It looked like he was almost directly over the ball and generating that sort of power shouldn't have been possible. I don't think he was actually was, he's just a really deceptive player
-
Just watching again. Their keeper leaving that free kick at the death, not anticipating anyone coming in on the back post, man what the fuck was he thinking
-
I often expect a ref to do that to us at ft if we've been doing a bit of running the clock down but I don't think we had been tonight
-
Professional footballers surrounding a referee after he's blown for ft man, and one getting carded for it. He's not going to restart it because you're protesting
-
Libpewl goal was 'over and done with before anybody realised what was happening' I watched it unfold like a fucking slow motion car crash
