Sounds like he’s had a good game tonight.

If this was us carrying these losses under PIF you can guarantee we wouldn’t be working with the PL, they would have thrown the book at us with points deduction. ‘Everton say that Covid-19 losses over the past two seasons amount to £170m, which can be deducted from their total. But that figure has caused surprise among some Premier League teams because it dwarfs clubs of a similar size. Earlier this week, Newcastle posted Covid-19 losses of £40m over the past two seasons, while Aston Villa said theirs amounted to £56m. Everton, who have been involved in a relegation battle with Leeds and Burnley, secured their Premier League status on Thursday with a 3-2 win over Crystal Palace. But they are confident they are compliant with Premier League rules and have been "working formally" with the league. Burnley and Leeds want an independent commission to assess Everton's finances urgently’ https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/61529371

If we’re after a Roma midfielder it should be Pellegrini all day long.
-
Distinct whiff of day tripping cunts every time they get to Wembley. No wonder the atmosphere is so shit in their end every time.
-
They clearly want to make inroads in the Saudi market so why shouldn’t they market this kit ? My point is if they hadn’t gone down this route due to worry about backlash, where do they stop pandering to outside influences. If our new tops have visit Saudi Arabia on them they’ll get exactly the same stick from the usual suspects. They clearly think this is a good marketing move and I support the move entirely.
-
Doesn’t look as though he could afford a can of Fosters never mind buy a club.
-
Agree entirely, there shouldn’t be any upturn. The usual suspects in the media will sneer at every decision they make going forward, they’re damned if they do or don’t.
-
Think he’ll go back to Forrest if they come up. If where getting Tarkowski we definitely need an athletic CB aswell.
-
Slosher will live off unfurling a flag at 8am in the morning all weekend. He’ll not have to pay for one can of fizzy pop all weekend, absolute hero with the MLF’s.
-
What’s this they’re having to travel from scum central to get to London. The place will need fumigated after this weekend.

Aye, no love lost with Leeds over the years, I’m convinced if the boot was on the other foot they’d want us down. -
I think this aswell but I’ve got a feeling if they shell out for Paquetta that’ll not happen, unless they go for a young prospect like Johnson from Forrest. I wonder if Ekitike or that other young French striker we we’re linked with might be used as a wide forward at times.
-
Tarkowski, Henderson/City’s young keeper, Ndicka, Targett, Paquetta, Isak and Ekitike. That’s what I’m predicting and would be delighted with that. I would really like a defensive midfielder and Hickey, but we won’t be able to do everything this summer. If Phillips becomes available for a knock down price due to Leeds relegation that might change our plans slightly.

Odds on what time the first Saudi flag gets set on fire and posted on social media tonight.
-
Nowt embarrassing about it just raw emotion what footballs all about.
-
Unfortunately it won’t work like that the Championship is shite. If Luton can make the playoffs and teams like Barnsley get close, nothing to stop these doing the same. Personally think they’ll be back in the Prem within 3 years if they come up this time.
-
Piss poor support in the ground tonight, think they’ve shot their load early like the mackems at Trafalgar.
-
It’ll all be in Liam’s book not long to wait now……
-
Even the main man knows who really made it happen Fanny. ?
-
Regardless of what Howe thought his priorities were going into the summer, the temptation to add Paqueta must be huge if we can strike a deal with Lyon. If only Wilson wasn’t made of glass a young back up striker with potential may have sufficed this summer. I still think a wide right forward is essential to give us a real cutting edge up front.
-
Unreal watch that what a season it’s turned out to be.
-
Getting rattled by a little kid what a cunt.

Aye, the writer might want to ask some of his readers what they think about the 1 billion Saudi investment securing jobs on Teeside. The moneys good for them, but if it makes us successful we should question it. This rides going to be enjoyable on so many levels. https://www.bbc.com/news/business-59070025
