Ive not seen a match so one sidedly reffed in a long time. No penalty when he was inside the box is laughable. I mean, what is the excuse? The ref watched it and blew his whistle. Then magically Digne is outside the area? 2 red cards, one penalty and one offside goal. That's 4 major decisions that could directly affect the match and they got ONE right. If my hit rate as a nurse was 1 right decision for every 4 wrong, id be out of the job by the end of the day. And a lot of people would be dead!

Exactly. The majority of the Eddie Out brigade wouldnt know a good thing if it smacked them in the face. Its like relationships... ever growing, takes work, takes effort and you can never give up. Sacking Eddie is like throwing the towel in your marriage because you had a few rough months where you were under stress. If you want it to be successful, you don't quit when it gets hard, you dig in. Fair enough, if we were out of Europe next season and its the same story, then you think about downing tools. But not now. Not when we were in 4 competitions up until 1 week ago and playing football every 3 days, bedding in 5 new players and the loss of our striker talisman. So yes, I do think the opinions of the Eddie Out brigade are a load of shite and I'd like to know what they suggest as an alternative. I'm all ears.

Really dont think that someone as sharp as Eddie doesn't have the talent or the tools to work it out. But he does need the time. Why are we in such a hurry? Hes had us head and shoulders above where we expected to be... much to his own detriment. Theres not many other managers that could match his effort and skill at this level and would be willing to come here... or to grow with us. No one will get it like Eddie. I'd rather be shit for a bit and ride it out with Eddie than bring in someone new who leaves us for a better job as soon as they can.

He's human. Humans need time to adapt, grow and change. If us, as fans, or the board don't give him that time, i think we will sorely regret it. This is the biggest job of Eddie's life, you better believe he's giving it everything he's got and more.
