  1. Also, to put the “wait” in context, court cases of all types can take for fucking ever. It’s not something unique to this case. no conspiracy needed. It’s just a bog standard everlasting court case.
  2. “Hopes are high...”. Get in ”... that this could go to court in December.”

    Joe Willock

I can't see us signing Joe Willock. It's takeover or no takeover. It's Veratti or an extended Jeff Hendrick deal.
  4. Back to Dubravka. He's fantastic but he has a nasty little habit of bringing the right hand over the top to make saves that should be made with the left hand. Keepers usually do it to make their saves look better on the telly but it's not good technique. He got caught out trying to do it for Leicester's first goal.
  5. Given was vastly overrated for me. - His kicking was atrocious. When he first arrived he couldn't reach the half-way line off a goal kick. They were like the kicks you see in women's football where they drop them on the edge of the centre circle in their own half. He did get better but it remained a major weakness for him. - He was a total flapper on the back pass. Zero confidence with the ball at his feet. He'd usually just shit his pants and slice the ball into touch. - Didn't take crosses. No command of his area. - Generally just had no presence at the back. Short arse (for a gk), quiet, slow off his line, never clattered centre forwards. Great shot-stopper? It was his best attribute but even then I thought people went over board. His cult status grew to a point where everything he did was heralded as world class. Roy Keane's comments on De Gea summed up how I used to feel about Shay. "It's his job [to stop shots that are straight at him]". Even if Seamus was the best shot-stopper in the league, he was weak in pretty much every other area and therefore never anything more than average.
  6. I hope Ritchie chucks the fat coward out the room and gives them a fist pumpy team talk.
  7. Or does he run the foodbank? Maybe he just tells lies like Kennedy, Keith and Amanda Staveley to get clicks for Steve Wraith's show.
  8. Why do you want to build slowly like Leicester? So you can feel a bit less dirty? The money they'll throw at the squad will make Guardiola blush... and you'll love it.
  9. It might be more... "I'll leave him in charge because I'll be claiming anyway" rather than... "I'll leave him in charge to bolster my claim." Or aye, it could be what you said. He just doesn't care.
  10. 2-1 fluke win. Ghodoussi tweets a picture of Richard Masters' face and some soiled undies.
  11. The document says performance has been impeded. If he's got the cheek to pretend he's missed out on the higher up the league pay-outs, then he'll definitely be claiming his relegation costs back. "Why did you keep Steve Bruce?" He's the cheapest manager in the league, your honour. I can't afford anything else. That's why I needed this sale.
  12. I was thinking this too. Given that we now know how corrupt it is, the scale of match-fixing and bent refereeing must be huge.
  13. I’m worried that they won’t care. You need the media to create a shit storm and the media are pro-PL pro-big6.
  14. Shout out for @James. The lad has said a couple of times that Mike Ashley would sue if we go down. Loads of posters laughed at him and gave him shit for it. He was right though. Mike’s new legal case seeks damages for the club’s progress being impeded.
  15. This is what pisses me off about forums. People will go on for months and months, beating some wrong opinion and deriding others along the way. Then when it turns out they were talking shite, they don’t have the grace to say “sorry, I was wrong.” It’s “oh, here he is... I told you so.” I’ve seen it a million times.
  16. Amanda + ESL + gov on standby + Keith reckons we’ve got loads of proof. It’s what I call an OJ did it fact.
  17. Yes, it’s a fact the big ordered the takeover to not be passed. I don’t think anyone doubts that after the ESL stuff. As for evidence, no one knows what we’ve got or what we’ll get.
  18. Even with the most incriminating evidence ever, I worry that it won’t matter. Are Sky and the BBC going to nail them?
  19. Perhaps we’ll present our evidence - 150 damning emails between Glazer and Hoffman, plus 20 photos of Masters interfering with bairns - and then the PL will go, “So what? We’ll just have Sky and the BBC talk about VAR that week.”
  20. Edwards is a dipshit. Jacobs has at times sounded reasonable. However, Keith and Liam's optimism, Mike's battle cry and De Marco's open pathway monochrom tweet have all got me feeling positive.
