    James Trafford

Neither am I too excited about this signing, but I think back to Gordon and remember how wrong I was.
  2. Sign Dibling this month and loan him back for the rest of this season. we’ll be fine with Murphy and Barnes until the summer. Can’t see Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City or spurs going for him. That only leaves Liverpool , Man Utd and villa plus ourselves. Given we need someone in that role and how well Eddie develops players, that should give us the jump on Man Utd and villa, it’s only Liverpool which could be the major problem.
  3. The pressure will be on them, they know they’ll get their usual slap at SJP, so they’ll have to go for it here. Without Saka they lack creativity and we’re in top form. We know how to get in their heads, and they are a very ‘ emotional’ club, so let’s do it to them again 😀
  4. Meeting at 9am apparently, very high chance it gets called off.
  5. Speak to any Burnley fan and they’ll say Trafford isn’t great with his feet.
  6. We do seem to do it to teams, Arteta last season, then Emery the other week and now Ang…Love it 😀
  7. First proper test and came through with flying colours
  8. Him and Bruno taken over the last 20 mins, some great football and he’s the ‘General’.
  9. His recovery speed is brilliant
  10. That’s why I was glad we didn’t get Tosin, I feel they were going to be our new Jeff Hendrick and Jamal Lewis, but on much higher wages!
  11. Speaking to a few spurs fans at work this week - all decent lads with decent football knowledge - all of them think we’ve got the best midfield in the league. Sometimes it’s hard to see what we’ve got, but we’ve got something special so let’s enjoy it.
  12. He isn’t worth £16m, another overrated Liverpool youngster by the media, will likely end up the next Jordan ibe or Rhian Brewster.
  13. From sky sports: https://www.skysports.com/football/news/32413/13282093/bruno-guimaraes-pressing-evertons-possession-issues-and-why-nottingham-forest-are-masters-without-the-ball Alexander Isak picked up the player of the match award in Newcastle's 2-0 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford but Bruno Guimaraes would have been a worthy winner. The Brazilian was a key figure in the midfield that dominated the match. "I think Newcastle's midfield can go up against any in the Premier League. It's got a little bit of everything," said Jamie Carragher. "In the first half an hour, they were devastating," added Gary Neville. "They played really good football and they got a grip in midfield." This is the first time that Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali have started five consecutive games alongside each other and Newcastle have won the lot. With Joelinton, scorer of the second goal, they are a powerful trio that had far too much for Manchester United.
  14. Fans of the red cartel suddenly want to spend because they are no longer at the top https://www.redcafe.net/threads/screw-psr-we-have-to-buy-in-jan.486274/
  15. From the fighting cock 😀: ”This match will resemble a big guy having a fight with a really little guy. The little guy will be swinging away relentlessly, while the big guy stands there, holding the little guy back by his forehead. As soon as the little guy stops swinging, the big guy will knock him out. And someone will say the little guy was unlucky because he swung a lot of punches.”
  16. Spurs fans (on the fighting cock) are hoping it gets called off with snow 🤣
