Should be 5 or 6. Playing really well, but combination of good saves, poor misses and at times being guilty of walking the ball in. Portsmouth haven't been in our penalty area at all and not had a shot yet.

Kissed the badge for the first time in a while and was completely the opposite in effort compared to last week. The new contract looks like it has put him in a good place
-
Even if it was controversial (it wasn't), Joelington's should have been given also as he makes no contact with the ball and also who can forget Edison bringing down Frazer a few years ago.
-
The defending was absolutely shite for their goal. Trippier rushing in and Burn getting turned so easily. So frustrating as played well
-
Trippier and Burn ffs man

No it was just not showing anything, that's what the question mark was for, just showing as a line of numbers for me

Without giving details, Howe mentioned about the new training ground and stadium. What I found interesting though was that he mentioned new stadium first before stating redevelopment of St James'. Maybe nothing of course
-
Everyone was reporting that the outcome was supposed to be released this week, so I don't think that's the issue. Only time will tell though for sure
-
So has virtually everyone then including Ziegler who as stated before is the premier league's mouthpiece. I think it is very significant that the rules for discussion were pulled, that doesn't happen if it's a minor change
-
So the anti Middle East journalist is stating IT SEEMS like Man City's case has basically failed, whereas the main UK journalists are reporting it as a city win. Time will tell, but I know who I would be putting money on who is right

If the panel have agreed they are against competition law (which they are), then they have no choice but to scrap them.

I see they're getting their hopes up again that PIF are selling up and going for Tottenham or Liverpool. I love their desperation. Still totally broken
-
Is that the expert who said no way that PIF would buy Newcastle
-
All three need to be given a contract if we don't want them to leave on a free, so makes total sense
-
Stop talking sense man

Are you conveniently forgetting that it was started by Howe in the first place by saying he basically had very little input into the transfer window. Mitchell was fully in his right to come out and defend this.
-
Fucking hell I've agreed with just about everything you have said today in this thread.
-
The problems is we might not be left a choice, if those players want to move. By some accounts, the owners/executives were expecting Bruno's sale price being met. I've said since last season that this was an important season. Failure and we could see the club having to reset everything in terms of replacing high profile players
-
I'm sure the Chairman will judge all involved at the end of season, unless results drop off. As I said the club always comes first.
-
I'm in for the person(s) who will make the club progress. Hopefully that will be the people currently in post, but if not then the Chairman has some decisions to make. The club will always comes first not individuals

Yea you have a five year overall plan (could be any length of time of three years plus depending on the business) and then you are measured on the targets set within that plan. It's not rocket science
