I watched the match cam last night in awe and felt the same. These guys are playing at such a level it’s genuinely joyful to watch. A part of me was just like, fuck, maybe we might just do something amazing this season.

I can’t say I was gripped by it tbh, not sure why, probably because I know the cast and story already. On the narration, sometimes it didn’t bother me, other times I felt it was a bit accidental partridge, other times very premier league years. Amanda scenes are interesting though.

Is it just sports journalists doing the reviews then? Would you ask a TV/Film reviewer to write an article on football? I get that it being about football means there will need to be comment from the sports side, but that aside, is it actually a good documentary lads, or are you as journalists just attempting to find an angle?

Aye, I would mostly agree. Ideally you want a route for younger fans from the local area to get tickets. Beyond that I don’t mind whoever coming to get tickets as long as they help to make the atmosphere great. There appears to be a whinging entitlement to our legacy season ticket holders…certain areas of the ground who basically go to sit and moan all match. No wonder the atmosphere at the cup final was reportedly wank. Was the same when I had my season ticket in the noughties.
