It's irrelevant who had the worst injury crisis of the two clubs , both clubs had a ridiculous injury crisis . The main difference is our squad cost about half as much as your squad and our wage bill is probably about a quarter of what you pay , therefore we were always going to find it much much harder to cope with a ridiculous injury crisis and our season suffered far far more as a consequence. it would be like saying Man City had more injuries than Fulham but without adding the context of the money spent on wages and transfers .

You could say that for other players as well but Miggy gets far more stick than anyone really, he's a better option than say Murphy for example but he hardly gets any stick.

Madness the amount of stick Miggy gets mind, Guiterrez got exactly the same from a large section of our fanbase and was a very similar type of player, never understood it.

I think Arsenal and Man City will be clear of everyone else this season, then 3-8th could be in any order from the rest of last seasons top 8. We have the least money and the smallest squad out of everyone so need to overachieve whilst the other big clubs underachieve again to finish above them, unfortunately that's the way it's going to be due to FFP.

Isak top scorer at 20/1 is the one that stands out ,he beat pretty much everyone last year and was injured for about half the season. If he stays fit he will basically beat everyone again apart from Haaland and he could get injured or anything so 20/1 is excellent value .

Barring Villa every single club that finished above us last season have far more expensively assembled squads and pay far more in wages than we do. Man United also do but we finished above them. We have no business competing with any of them really and it's only down to Eddie that we have managed to in the first place . That's before you even get into how everything that could go wrong for us did go wrong last season, 7th was a minor miracle .

Exactly this , people saying we would replace him with someone better are kidding themselves . I sense some of our fans are already getting entitled and not appreciating how good Eddie is for us .
