We're not signing Hall at the end of the season. This is the result.
-
Howe's doing a good job showing us what Mourinho in charge looks like.
-
Burn and Longstaff, hahahaha, Fulham man.
-
We're really going to do that whole defend deep for 45 minutes and concede in injury time routine again...fml.
-
Burn done his back again.
-
That's a PSG chalk off waiting to happen.
-
Our entire in possession movement in horrific. Players like Burn are a massive part of that, his effective passing lanes are back to Botman, a hit and hope to Gordon who's covered by 1 or 2 men, or lose it by punting it. It's honking, it needs to be better.
-
Is Bruno doing some Pacqueta betting here? Nonsensical decisions on some of his passes.
-
Bruno playing like he's on the kinder eggs again...
-
Get him training with the u18s. Scum.
-
He didn't say he led them well tbf.

Those knees don't sound very structurally stretchy mind. I'm sure our medical team will keep them limber though.
-
This lad's giving me a stretchy body structure right now looking at his highlight vids.

Aye but I think we're seeing the true FFP mess coming out in all its glory the more we try to improve. Seems fanciful to only buy one player when we've still got a depth problem for the foreseeable. Give me 6 Mintehs.
-
If we're spaffing all of our (new) FFP wiggle room on him then it isn't a good signing even though he is a great player.
-
Pepe playing up front? Yeah not surprised they're a dumpster fire.
-
Paul Dummett.

Everybody flailing at Eales shopping out Bruno but it was Trippier he meant when he said we have to sell some of our top players. Oh dear.

I think there is a case to be made that players on the fringes during the deepest parts of the injury crisis, like Ndiweni, Diallo, Parkinson, Murphy or even De Bolle could've alleviated some tired legs for 15-20 minutes instead of playing multiple matches on the trot without any subs and as a consequence putting the playing squad's fatigue further in the red. I don't think making those changes to a starting XI would've particularly helped however. Also, in saying this, the early season lack of rotation wasn't a particular problem at the time and sans injuries (or Tonali...) I don't think we would've been too hamstrung by the busier schedule although we'd still see and expect a downturn in form (6th as opposed 9th perhaps).

That just means it's Matty Longstaff time, be reet.
-
Get Phillips and Hayden in there and we won't even see any difference. Thanks for the memories Bruno.
-
He was hyped more than Anderson a few years ago, played for England youth teams, always looked paper thin and not physical enough so guessing that's a big part in him most likely ending up having a lower league career. Would prefer him to Hayden as it's apparently come to that...

How's Bentaleb and Lazaro doing, hero's return?
