Bit harsh of the Kiwi Kluivert there mate!

Really liking the set up around Everton’s new ground on the dock. Got the look of Schalke’s ground but slightly smaller. The exterior is also a lot nicer than the 1990s round of Stadium of Flatpacks.

Where’s the Greek heritage solidarity Big Minge should show by signing Vlach for £20m?

Udogie hamstring, none of the other CBs fit for weeks. Spence coming back from suspension and a couple of forwards coming back.

Hence the fact the promoted teams get marmalised when they come up.

Injury update from Big Minge: Dragusin, who suffered an injury against Nottingham Forest on Thursday, is currently the only available centre-back at the club with Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and Ben Davies all injured and still weeks away from a return. "There's no choice, but it's not a risk. I mean it's a judgment call. It's not like it's a muscle injury, it's a knock on his ankle, but yeah, we're making decisions," said Postecoglou, whose side are down in 11th place. "We've got no choice unless I throw another 18 or 17-year-old out there. That's the only fit players we have." Tottenham are also missing the likes of striker Richarlison, winger Wilson Odobert and first-choice keeper Guglielmo Vicario and will be without midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur for next weekend's home clash with Newcastle Unitedafter he picked up a fifth booking of the season to trigger a one-game ban. Udogie also went off in the 50th minute with a muscular injury, adding to Postecoglou's woes. "I think it was a hamstring. Again, we've been relying on a core group of players because we just haven't had the ability to rotate so at some point it was going to catch up with us. Unfortunately it caught up with Destiny," Postecoglou said.

But this it how it begins. A last minute equaliser here, a last minute defeat there. The young team loses confidence, they begin to hit the mackem meltdown doomspiral. Before long the beeeewwwws start and “Le Bris is takking the piss” with his team selections.

Really interesting one from Stuart Pearce on TalkSport - in the top half of the table, your goals scored will roughly be the points you’ll end up with. Of the 10 teams in the top half of the PL, 9 are within three of the points/goals aligning. The only team who isn’t? Forest. 34 points off 24 goals. The bottom half skews this a little but 6 are within 5 points. Your big outliers are Spurs, Wolves, Leicester and Brentford (16, 14, 8 and 8 divergence).

Wildcard played, just at a time when a few injuries were beginning to creep in.

Brexit Jim at it again - £40k a year saved but goodwill pissed up the wall. Less than a day of Casemiro’s wages. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-14231157/Man-Uniteds-Scrooge-owner-Sir-Jim-Ratcliffe-cancels-40-000-charity-donation-club-legends-multi-billionaires-latest-penny-pinching-sacking-Sir-Alex-Ferguson.html

Any sign of him and Romero making it back for our game? If we can keep the same team together we should be able to torment Gray and anyone but one of those 3.

Politely disagree on this fella. The football pyramid and the stories it has created over 150 years shits all over the manufactured closed leagues in US sport. The only thing that needs rolling back is PSR, otherwise we’ll keep the British model.
