The whole thing is grim. Villa should have been celebrating CL qualification and building but instead they’re having to fend off opportunist Cartel Clubs amidst the rules they’ve cooked up to benefit them.

He’s going for the Steven Gerrard “neaderthal hairline by your eyebrows” look.

Suzanna Reid must have a fetish for being rattled by Skeletor.

Didn’t fancy the gravalax and Pimms from those Tory knobs.

If the PL’s position on ATP is deemed illegal then City have an angle to get their charges dismissed on a technicality because they were having to deflate their income to comply with an illegal rule. All murky as hell but you can see they’re trying to pull a jenga block out of the tower and collapse the whole case because of it.

Fuck Michael Owen.

Leeds, Bolton, mackems, smog beasts

Mudryk was £80m over 8 years, so not seeing anyone bailing out his amortisation value until year 5 onwards. He’s a complete dud.
-
As far as I can see we’ve only got two left now Fraser is gone - Hayden and Lewis. We can’t blame the Fat Cunt for this window’s mess. Tripps, Wilson, Almiron’s latest deals were signed under this ownership.

Love a bit of deadwood. Dummett and Ritchie out, Grandad Ruddy and ShitGreek in. With the added bonus of £4m/5m a year amortisation charges on Bad Vlad.

For a second scrolling past I thought you meant Goran Eriksson. Some comeback that would be…

We’ve ‘moved forward’ allegedly so that works. Everything is context. In the Mike Ashley era, this window might have been an 8 or 9. In the Keegan, SBR or Howe eras, a 2. If the Saudis leave, who knows? Judge it on today’s perspectives in the context of 2024 NUFC. Myself and many others see it as a window where we’ve failed to kick on for all the promise we have, whereas others see keeping the Big 3 players as more positive and progress. Glass half full v glass half empty perhaps.

Behind the paywall on his fascist tax exile paymaster’s website.

That would be a -10 window.

Brilliant post. For his few million seed money, Hall and Shepherd bled the club consistently through dividends and nepotism. Shepherd putting logistics through his brother’s warehouse, construction contracts fed to their own portfolios and then what they made selling to the cockney tapeworm. Eye-watering takeouts from these “saviours” and “fans”. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2009/feb/11/newcastle-united-freddy-shepherd-john-hall But let’s all be happy the out of touch old Tory cunt uses our ground, not “his ground”, as a vehicle for another blue tied grifter espousing his nonsense politics.

Nice positivity @Heron, respect it and you a lot. However, let’s judge the “additional cover” point at the end of the season. Kelly is potentially good, Oselu is more raw than a just-cracked egg and hasn’t had a minute to date despite Wilson being out, and the less said about the keepers, the better.
-
We need a new commercial level, which is the new ground. Fuck the St James’ sentimentality, time to build for the future.
-
Elite level trolling Froggster. I don’t think we’ll ever know how good Ashworth could have been in the market for us as we butchered the construct that might have worked for him. Wasn’t his sole meaningful window last summer? Will judge him on how Tonali, Tino and Hall become remembered.
-
2. Positives Kept Bruno, Isak and Gordon. Got a third striker option. Kelly could be a good pick up. Didn’t screw ourselves on PSR for January or June by paying over the odds for PL players. Negatives No RW. No CB. No meaningful Isak cover. 5 fucking keepers, of which 1 is good but with a shoulder problem time bomb and the other 4 are inadequate to put it mildly. Poor selling - Wilson, Almiron, Targett still here and with diminishing scope to get any meaningful money for them. Huge number of contracts running down for next summer which either means Mike Ashley-esque extensions or a mass replacement within PSR handcuffs or requiring a purple’s sale.

Piss off you greedy wee cunt.

I hate the Cunt but agree with what he’s written there.

Kevin Nolan with some of the laziest pig ignorant comments on our transfer business. Even threw in a “too far up north” one for good measure.

Really? Thought he could be referring to Tripper, Wilson, Almiron or Longstaff who have been pimped about in the press for weeks as going.
