I think Gordon was at least for a year now "Anthony Gordon First" -type of player. Didn't give penalty duties away when he could have helped fellow teammate strugling with confidence, didn't want to play on the right to help the team, made rash tackles that cost us etc. Good player but I don't consider him a good team player.

If you think players, like regular workers, don't get pay rise when they are headhunted to other company/team, then that is a weird mindset. If player moves for a big money, he will get a pay rise. That is how football works.
