"This is why Arsenal need to sign Isak. They need to sign Isak. If Arsenal sign Isak there's no reason for Saliba to go Real Madrid. Yeah you can say Real Madrid have got Mbappe and Bellingham and yes they win fings, but they win fings every year. Every year they win sammink. If Arsenal Football Club sign Isak they'll win fings and this lad will become a legend. He don't need to go Real Madrid."

"Showing so much equality I can't see a single bit of white on it." And that's just one of the first ones I've seen! Fucking hell man
-
Fuck everything to do with these cunts, their supporters, and particularly Virgil "Doesn't get dribbled past just don't mention that's because he brings you down or throws an elbow instead" van Dickhead. We'll win anyway but here's hoping they have to go to extra time and pens in the Champions League a few days before it aswell. Did I mention they're cunts? Cunts
-
Oh good, we get to listen to these cunts song again

Was funny as fuck last night watching their set piece guy losing his mind while Tindall stood there with his hands in his pockets and the occasional wave. Just before Rice once more hoofed it out past the far post for a goal kick.

It might get moved. Last time was 4:30pm as Spurs v Chelsea was at 1:30, Arsenal are now due to play Chelsea that day so could be similar.

Wonder how many degrees of separation between that and the club for their next PSR fiddle
-
A combination of that and not being able to think on their feet, so when they're 7th or 8th in line they ask the same question, or a close variant of, that's been asked probably three times already. Apart from Louise Taylor, who is the football journalist equivalent of Robert Peston during the Covid pressers, it just takes her the best part of a minute to ramble through whatever nonsense she's asking

Winner, cheers. Now to hope this one doesn't have unfinished collar stitching

Vertical stripe. Shiny blue the following year
-
Sorry thought I'd let you know I'm KT - pre-existing for other games
-
Simon Hooper. Oh fucking joy
-
I can still see the little column in the Sunday Sun that either mentioned him, Karembeu, Luis Enrique, and Guardiola on rotation, plus a few from Ajax if I remember correctly!
-
They've had one shot on target and offered next to fuck all the last two times they've been up here and Man City are shite. We'll win the match on Wednesday.
-
Vlachodimos will be on speed dial for Mitchell in the last week of June in case anyone rings us wanting a PSR fiddle type deal. Maybe no other clubs will ring us for that reason 😅
-
Obviously notice it more when we lose but felt like more than usual today looking happy to take their selfies and dance/sing along to Fender or whatever they're playing at the end while I sit and try to have my 10 minutes inside my own head to stew
-
3 goals. 3 points. Onto the next set of London cunts on Wednesday. Howay the Fucking Lads!

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2025/jan/31/pep-guardiola-bemoans-manchester-city-fixture-schedule-after-real-madrid-draw Where's my violin? "It’s tough playing against Real Madrid, the problem is in the middle playing Newcastle." - he knows though!

The "buying so no-one else can" is the real kick in the bollocks like isn't it. I think most of us can probably accept that for the time being if it's a straight shoot-out between us and one of the so-called "big boys" and there's genuine interest (i.e. if we go back for Guehi but Liverpool want him because van Dijk is away) we probably have to say fair enough, but when it's essentially just a flex it does make us look like we're pissing into the wind
-
So does Waugh think we needed or wanted to, as those are two completely different things? Needed = We're in the shit, which I don't see how we can be as mentioned elsewhere. Wanted = Doing it now gives us a bit of breathing space to potentially vulture off a club panic selling in June.

It would depend on who we were selling, what their book value is (roughly transfer fee less value of fee already amortised), and probably something else I've forgotten about or not aware of. There was a good spreadsheet shared somewhere with our amortisation costs, can't remember where or who shared it, which would make it easy enough to work out with a relative degree of accuracy
