Yeah you'd think so, wonder to what extent the Man City buy-back clause and sell-on impacts that though. Think it's £30mn and 20% respectively, suppose someone like West Ham will have big money for a striker even if one of the bigger teams don't fancy him, although think I've seen Spurs and Chelsea were both after him too
-
Think Ipswich might be in bother with the EFL if they go down and don't come straight back too given what they've spent the last couple of years, at worst it seems like they're trying to do a yo-yo job to perhaps then try the Leicester defence to avoid sanctions

Be a bit weird him watching his daughter getting passed around 100 lads like, although sounds like something Paul Scholes might do, he'd probably suck her toes at the same time
-
From the bits and pieces I see from over there Sima still gets more than the odd mention during their regular meltdowns
-
Al-Shabab in for Ruddy next then aye?
-
Weird, everything felt strangely somewhat level-headed and reasonable after Saturday. Presumably the blue tick whoppers have had their engagement and "earnings" reports for the week so efforts must be doubled
-
He looks almost as thrilled as John Ruddy is in our official dressing gown
-
Hopefully it's more attended by lads who want to get amongst it and not the "Can we have 5G so we can sit checking our accas and Insta please?" lads

Was 100% an Arteta-led vanity signing because the Lego One was convinced Rice-Odegaard-Havertz would be the new Rodri-De Bruyne-David Silva.

If only the club already sold tickets in another area of the stadium marked as standing so they could essily add the word to those L7 blocks when they're sold to home fans. What a joke

They knew what they were doing today and played us, the game, and the ref like a fiddle. I'd go so far to say as they were probably the best organised team here since we played Dortmund last year. They were very good. We were miles off it. Fair play to them. 6 points from the next two before some really serious stuff in the league and cups and we're still laughing. Onwards and upwards and howay the fucking lads.

Had to double take at 43 seconds, thought the lad was doing a racism in Islamic attire but turns out he was just getting the badge in
-
Imagine if Trafford is playing for us when he takes over as the England keeper aswell man

"Dear defenders....except for Lascelles, Botman, and BDB who have generally bullied him every time they've seen him in the last 3 years."

Thank fuck Frankfurt vs Dortmund is on the other side or I might have been in danger of having to spend the evening with the wife

Feel like not letting it turn into a ping pong match is our key to winning this. We control the type of game it is and minimise their ability to hurt us in their attacking transitions and we get 3 points. Not getting pulled into that sort of game also negates their shithouse cynical fouling on teams breaking on them that doesn't often get mentioned
-
Fancy us to win a tight one, 2-1 Hopefully Huijsen doesn't score so we avoid having to witness his dodgy hands down his shorts like he's a charv walking round a shopping centre celebration

Aye, an old school-ish centre forward (a certain C. Wilson comes to mind, but let's not go there) would have filled their boots on the back of those deliveries tonight
-
Feel like I must have had my black and white tinted glasses on tonight, felt like we bossed that without really getting out of second gear. The way we were sustaining attacks and penned them in during the first half was excellent, really felt like the Brighton game but this time we got the goal we needed to break open and truly control the game. My lad and mate at the game at both HT and FT thought we were shite, told them both to give over!

He's currently playing off what seem like highly pre-planned patterns and triggers. Ball wide right = get somewhere in the box. Ball wide left = show to feet regardless of what else is happening. But...when Hall gets on the ball in that inside left/half space/underlap position, if we get him to start going into the box so Hall can deliver quickly he'll get a hatful more goals coming across the front post or right in front of the keeper. Frightening how good he is and then when you break down little things like this he could and I'm sure in time will add to his game, wow

Have they disavowed/denied doing "the poznan" at Man U in 2012 after the Aguerroooooo goal yet? Even when they do something pretty funny it comes back to bite them. The gift that keeps on giving. Thick cunts

Absolute filth. There was one occasion in the first half Wolves played a pass and he just ran from behind the lad it was passed to and took the ball like he was playing against under 8s, I just laughed
