  1. I can still see the little column in the Sunday Sun that either mentioned him, Karembeu, Luis Enrique, and Guardiola on rotation, plus a few from Ajax if I remember correctly!
  2. They've had one shot on target and offered next to fuck all the last two times they've been up here and Man City are shite. We'll win the match on Wednesday.

    Paul Mitchell

Vlachodimos will be on speed dial for Mitchell in the last week of June in case anyone rings us wanting a PSR fiddle type deal. Maybe no other clubs will ring us for that reason 😅
  4. Obviously notice it more when we lose but felt like more than usual today looking happy to take their selfies and dance/sing along to Fender or whatever they're playing at the end while I sit and try to have my 10 minutes inside my own head to stew
  5. 3 goals. 3 points. Onto the next set of London cunts on Wednesday. Howay the Fucking Lads!
  6. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2025/jan/31/pep-guardiola-bemoans-manchester-city-fixture-schedule-after-real-madrid-draw Where's my violin? "It’s tough playing against Real Madrid, the problem is in the middle playing Newcastle." - he knows though!
  7. The "buying so no-one else can" is the real kick in the bollocks like isn't it. I think most of us can probably accept that for the time being if it's a straight shoot-out between us and one of the so-called "big boys" and there's genuine interest (i.e. if we go back for Guehi but Liverpool want him because van Dijk is away) we probably have to say fair enough, but when it's essentially just a flex it does make us look like we're pissing into the wind
  8. So does Waugh think we needed or wanted to, as those are two completely different things? Needed = We're in the shit, which I don't see how we can be as mentioned elsewhere. Wanted = Doing it now gives us a bit of breathing space to potentially vulture off a club panic selling in June.
  9. It would depend on who we were selling, what their book value is (roughly transfer fee less value of fee already amortised), and probably something else I've forgotten about or not aware of. There was a good spreadsheet shared somewhere with our amortisation costs, can't remember where or who shared it, which would make it easy enough to work out with a relative degree of accuracy
  10. None of them have a scooby about anything
  11. Bit of luck and the scousers will have some extra time and pens the midweek before the final too

    sunderland

Nothing surprises me with that lot. A year on Sunday since an FA Youth Cup tie was suspended at their place because people were racially abusing a 16 year old boy playing for Swindon
  13. Might start some sort of scoreboard of all the ITKs and how many times they turn around after posting something and say "Yeah sorry the source was shit" or "The guy was just making it up" Probably get some decent engagement on that and counts of when Will says he's going to close his account etc
  14. (Double) Gameweek 24 Forest 1-1 Brighton Bournemouth 1-2 Liverpool Everton 1-0 Leicester Ipswich 2-1 Southampton Newcastle 2-1 Fulham Wolves 1-1 Villa Brentford 3-1 Spurs Man United 1-1 Palace Arsenal 2-2 Man City Chelsea 3-1 West Ham Everton 0-2 Liverpool

    Alexander Isak

Wew, Troy Deeney has managed to include him in his team of the week and not mention Arsenal while doing so. Need a lie down
  16. Sanchez is absolute dogshit
  17. Can only beat what's put in front of you. Onwards and upwards, massive month - 6 weeks ahead. Howay the Fucking Lads!
  18. Wasn't it exactly the same a few months back? Sure the original ruling came out first or second week of September.
  19. He was insufferable on Wednesday doing PSG v Man City, although I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he'd been with Rio Ferdinand and Lescott all day. Then was stuck with Rio most of the day yesterday aswell, he would have been dying to give it to him
  20. Shame they'll be at home but here's hoping the table and draw work out so they're playing Real Madrid at home three days before we play them. Or might even be better if they end up having to play Villa or another team that play at a higher intensity, run them into the fucking ground before we turn up following a week off and having had hopefully not too stressful (lol) a game at Birmingham.
