Pure aids that game. But so happy Amorim didn’t fluke a cup win, proper shite manager.
-
Outrageous fee He’ll be moving for 4 times that (at a minimum) 12 months later .
-
But the scouting for them is as sure as you can get as you seeing them against sides you are playing week in week out. Man Utd for example have prioritised signings abroad for most part, and they’ve been duds because they’ve not adjusted. Likely why they’re pivoting to Prem signings (What Ashworth said to Ratcliffe they should do).
-
Could be available for transfer…
-
He should be scoring that.
-
What other step ups are there apart from spurs that’s potentially available? It’s a top 6 spending side, with state of the art facilities and spending power that only the Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea, Man City, PSG, Real Madrid and Barcelona realistically can match.
-
Which is shameful considering if they could win, it’s potentially a Leicester win at home to get Europe. But suppose Hujsen has checked out as he’s playing club World Cup. Kerkez has checked out. Probably one or two more, and Iraola likely has too if he’s going to Spurs.
-
How the fuck did he miss that. What’s that on the xg?
-
Wilson is someone who I can see being like Deeney post retirement. Chip on his shoulder and mess as a ‘pundit’.
-
He won’t be any more first choice elsewhere then at us. No guarantees he starts for Man Utd if Cunha works up top or Hojlund magically clicks in pre season.
-
Prime example that stats should not be taken as main source. Man Utd are on TV more than enough past 2 seasons to see with own eyes he’s not great. Just can’t do the basics and has an allergic reaction to shooting. Of all the players I would want from Man Utd if they were open to selling to fund more buys, would be Garnacho. Still young enough with a skill set to mould into any type of player. He can be a Jacob Murphy direct RW, but with better overall ability to be tapped into.
-
Yea, would love him but that’s a ‘nice player to have’ rather than the necessity we need with the finances we have. Should be ruthless in signing future him from championship and low prem clubs though, because the talent pool is ridiculous and pathways are cut off for many to the elite first XIs. If people get time, watch some of England u17s this month.
-
We’ve gave him enough retirement funds by now surely?
-
I mean, they should’ve been punished ages ago. Should’ve been punished in championship. If the points deduction is this prem season, it’s a joke. Should be next time they’re in prem the points deduction applies or in Championship where they keep taking the piss.
-
He’s a flaky personality, joining a side that’s on the down. It’ll end in a disaster. Want Rashford out for his attitude, signing someone with a poorer attitude because his output has been good in Prem.
-
No way he wants to go to Saudi with World Cup coming up. Maintain that 2026 we'll cash in big for him but it's all about enjoying him till then because he's such a don.
-
Didn’t realise what a good job Moyes has done since taking over Everton. 4 defeats in 18 games. Villa 1-0 at home first game, then it’s been 1-0 Liverpool away, 2-0 Man City at home, then 1-0 Chelsea away. Going to be a tight affair.
-
If we can’t attack Young for 45 mins and get him sent off, we’re doing something wrong. Didn’t realise till I looked at table, when we win on Sunday, we’ll have 2nd most wins in league
-
Do think the 3-4-3 we will see a lot more of next season in those away games. Ensures our CBs get a good amount of games, then that added star power in final third can win games. Whats balanced it out is the home form against similar top sides. We’re always competitive and those sides will see a point as a big result.
-
If he was making himself a nuisance for the CBs but shit with everything else, you can just about justify starting him for Everton game. But his body is so broken, he seemingly doesn’t even do that any more, instead some half-arse backing in where he flops over. Osula is clearly a winger only in Howes view right now, so if Isak wasn’t fit, it would have to be Gordon up top. Still not great, but vastly better. Just confirms how a 2nd striker is key, or a RW who can play up front and is fit and reliable themselves.
-
No-one is offering £90m when Eze is £55m. But then if people melt themselves over body language, they’d be in a coma within a few months with Eze.
-
There’s no doubt he’s off form, which for me is a combination of heads gone from the red card but then the hip injury. Not been settled since and it’s seemingly impacted him more than it should. Players have off form, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Gordon is too in the camp of playing through pain, as we’ve with Isak and others this season. He’s still a hugely important player, especially the type of winger we need as we challenge the top end and need ball retention high up the pitch / in tight spaces.
-
Ticking ball over for me is making an impact. Just silently going about moving the ball. What we need in CM as Bruno can then be the more attacking one as he’s shown he has goals in his game, then you expect your wide men to score plenty over a course of season.
-
How can anyone watch that game and say Wilson was a positive. Arsenals CBs were under no pressure at all, they were more troubled by Rayas kicking than anything Wilson did.
-
And that was only because Osula somehow spooned it from 2 yards, so Wilson then tapped it in from 1 yard
