I thought last week was the lowest we'd get to be frank. I backed Eddie to get a tune of out this squad and under pressure in the league. Mentality seems off, we look weak and not sure where it goes from here sadly.

Guess I misjudged then. Felt like on balance the feeling was the opposite but happy to see otherwise. I posted the video on here of the injury multiple times like. It was a very awkward fall caused by his foot getting stuck in the turf, could have happened at minute 1 or minute 60 in either of the first or second game he played that international duty.

We immediately got better when he came on for Gordon and Barnes went left. He's had a couple of bad moments in possession in our half but overall he's been fine. Was the pass before the pass for 2nd goal and like you say coulda had assists.

Perhaps needless to say, but the animosity that myself and those I know share has nowt to do with getting a reasonable wedge for a permacrock. More about how he acted. I honestly think that Trent was reasonably well-behaved about the whole thing. Played out his contract, was honest about his decision. I'd hope we'd give a good send off if a beloved player did that to us.
