  1. How many will Wellbeck score today. Hopefully 2 or 3*. *own goals

I may be in the minority, but if he avoids injury at the World Cup then I think he could 'get guid' next season. Maybe not though. Depending on what happens in the summer (will Eddie still be the manager? Will PIF still own us?) we may be forced to keep him due to needing signings all over the pitch.
  3. I wonder if they'll ditch Newcastle too? Could be back to the dark ages once again after all the promises. Or maybe they are ditching everything else to concentrate on us? It'll all come out in the wash. I wonder what will happen to the big name golfers? Will they welcomed back to the main tour with open arms or told to fuck off to the Korn Ferry tour and work their way back? I reckon the big, big names will be welcomed back to the main tour as it raises the profile of the main tour, but a lot of golfers (ie Rory) will be very outspoken about their return. Apologies to those who don't like golf 😊.

Worst signing of the season apparently. I would say Elanga is worse because he's played a lot more and done very little. Wissa would be second in my books. Good to see Israt on the list at number 4.
  5. I'm hoping for a Claudio Ranieri style turnaround. 4 wins on a trot for now which with a bit of luck would put in some form of European football, then win, win and win next season to win the league. If wishes were kisses and all that though.

I can't blame the lad for being pissed off. On the bench again while Osula runs about like a headless chicken. Showed part of what he's capable of in the first quarter of the season, but now he's first on the scapegoat list for a team that as a whole but nothing but average for most of the season. He must be so frustrated. If I was in charge I'd keep him and ditch Howe for someone with fresh ideas. He'll no doubt be sold at half what we paid for him in the summer and Howe will spunk the money on a uninspiring journeyman.
  7. I've nothing but respect and admiration for Eddie Howe but feel the love affair with Newcastle has run it's course. Eddie and Newcastle have reached the stage of silent car journeys, eating different meals at different times and sleeping in separate bedrooms. I'm just hoping for an amicable break up rather than a messy divorce.

He's clearly not. Apologies if you were being sarcastic.
  9. Come on West Ham, send those London twats down.
  10. If we pull our finger out we could finish 6th. A big ask but not out of reach by any means.
  11. I was in the loo for 5 minutes and came back to have my beloved Dunfermline's cup dream shattered.
  12. How about Neil Lennon, he does well with teams in black and white stripes.
  13. St Mirren come back from 2 down to equalise in the second Scottish cup semi. Come on the Saints. I'd much rather play them in the final as Celtic would destroy us and St Mirren would be the lowest ranked SPL team we've faced, giving us a great chance of lifting our first trophy since 1968.
  14. He deserves a chance at a bigger club so why not? There is no chance of Alonso, Simeone or Kompany joining and Jose can fuck right off. Some will say he's not as good as Howe and that very well may be true, but Howe has clearly grown stagnat at Newcastle. He needs a fresh challenge. He was never going to be here forever and even the likes of Wenger eventually went stale because of being at the same club too long. We'll no doubt either stick with Howe or end up with somebody we've either never heard of or somebody underwhelming.
  15. We reached 3 major cup finals in the 2000's,all against Celtic so I'd happily take St Mirren to give us a chance. Celtic will pump us. I was at all 3 of those finals and I can still remember the half time giant score board at the first one (Celtic 0 - 1 Dunfermline),but a certain Swede in his final game for Celtic spoiled the party in the second half. At every one of those finals, walking away from Hampden dejected, you'd never have known that Celtic had won as none of their fans were celebrating. They're so used to winning trophies that they no longer get any joy from winning (unless it's against The Rangers). Currently 2 - 1 to Celtic, mone the Saints.
  16. He definitely deserves a good send off, that's for sure. It's sad that its came to this.
  17. All good things come to an end unfortunately. It's been off most of the season, stale football with a lack of fight. It's gonna be a crazy summer with the comings and goings. I really don't want JM but the billionaires in charge might see him as the answer. Sorry Eddie, you've been great and will always be loved but time for a change. If England (hopefully) suck ass at the WC Eddie would be a good fit to take over.
  18. The black and white is the reason I also support Newcastle. Saves money on scarves. I'm still smiling 😃 😊 🙂

He's shown what he's capable of but Osula still gets the nod. I can't work Howe out, I reckon he's offski in the summer. Get the Bournemouth manager in, he's done wonders with a much smaller club than Newcastle so deserves a chance at a bigger club. Has an eye for a player too. I still love ya Nick.
  20. Ya fuckin dancer!!!!!! Dunfermline beat 3 SPL teams in a row to reach the mutha fuckin Scottish Cup final. Against our most hated rivals too. Come on yeeeeeee Paaaaarrrrs. I have an unwipeable smile. Hopefully St Mirren can beat Celtic in the other semi to give us a chance of a first trophy in my lifetime. I can't believe it, wee Championship Dunfermline in the Scottish Cup Final again. Just brilliant.
  21. I hate football. Think I'll start watching lacrosse instead.
  22. "Easy"! Have you seen our results and performances against midtable and relegation clubs? Unless something changes our only chance of any points in the final games is against a choking Arsenal away.
