Heed 1-0 up v York. Coming back into form at the right time hopefully!
-
Can't wait to see their Mackematics if we do pip Arsenal.
-
I was in the Gallowgate and was wondering how it took 5 minutes to decide on something I thought they'd go back and give straight away.
-
They're about to have their best season for 8 years, which would be our worst season in 33 years. We're on track for our best season in 22 years, which would be their best season for 75 years. Levels.
-
There's was no control of it though. Nothing in the laws say just because you touch the ball it's not a foul. It's not like he flicked the ball away.
-
I want this version of Jacob Murphy doing this in the Champions League next season. Would be some arc from him looking like an overawed kid at Christmas hearing the CL music in the San Siro.
-
Two games in a row where we've scored from him winning the ball back pressing high.
-
Centre-back with pace still crucial for me. Still have nightmares of that first Chelsea goal earlier in the season.

Finish the season by winning the home games and getting 4+ points at Villa, Brighton & Arsenal. Gauntlet thrown down for next season. -
If Guehi sprints 15 yards, skims the ball with minimal contact and flattens Isak, we're screaming penalty. Not sure why a keeper doing the same is fair game.

Kieran Trippier: to join Wolves on a free (various)

I'll take that. -
Keepers get free-kicks for the smallest thing yet can come tearing our jumping with their knees at chest height for a cross for "protection" and it's deemed to be fine. Obviously there has to be a balance but I definitely thought it was a pen yesterday.
-
I'd be far more worried about our recruitment policy if we didn't go for him this summer. If we were prepared to spend £55-60m, you'd surely go for the same player at £35-40m. Also with the added bonus now that if he doesn't turn out to be the player the club believed, you'd get most of your money back at least if we sold.
-
I think I'd honestly prefer Arsenal over Barcelona and that would be a sod to experience. Cannot stand the entity Barcelona have become.
-
If Howe still wants him, we should go for him like. There might be a higher level of CB that pops up this summer in the £50-60m bracket that becomes available but if he's going for £30-40m I think it'd seem a bit daft not going for him when we spent so long trying to sign him originally.
-
I thought it was a penalty at the time and wish refs would give more penalties like that tbh. If a centre-back did that to a forward I doubt there'd be a debate. Keepers have been over-protected for far too long.
-
Aye, 4. Even better.
-
We could probably get a Bakayoko this summer and "Howe" him into the team like Gordon, whereas I think last summer there'd have been a pressure for him to hit the ground running after last season.

Defensively probably the best football of his time here since the Arsenal Semi-Finals. -
That City v Villa game following us v Villa is handy as fuck as an insurance policy. Means as long as we beat Ipswich at the very least, we're no less than 3 points ahead of one of them with only 4 to play.
-
Really want a PSG v Inter final.

No reason we can't go and win there but think this might just be one too many. More than capable of turning them over though. -
Sean Longstaff (now playing for Leeds United)

You'd think someone like Leeds or Burnley would see him worth £15-18m next season? -
Saw someone mention Kante further up. Think that's a great comparison.
