We could use the midfield injuries as a convenient way to say we're selling due to needing to strengthen midfield, go get Gallagher, Wissa and one other and go big next summer on the Isak replacement.

Not a fan of his all-round game but love him, loved the goal, and loved how he was trying to get the ball back to restart the game to chase a winner the mad twat.

Not sure how he can watch tonight and think they're the better bet at the minute. If he goes to Liverpool they're going to have the same issues, sort himself out and he's the goal getter in a very balanced squad.

Think Xhaka is in for a shock playing in a side who'll be trying to protect games and not see much of the ball, rather than playing in one of the best teams in the league for the first time in years. Might have to get used to chasing shadows this season with poorer team mates around him.
