Legs have gone. Saudi bound.

I wouldn’t get too attached to your bollocks. Even Dino Zoff had done f*ck all at Trafford’s age.

Never been to London then?

Right, so that’s Elanga and Garnacho too expensive/aren’t good enough. So what about this Yamal kid at Barca? We have a manager with a proven record of (greatly) improving most of his players and a scouting team that has consistently identified players that have gone on to improve, whether we signed them or not. It’s great to debate the merits and values of potential signings but once we actually go after a player, you’d be brave to be disappointed if we sign him.

There’s Elanga, and there’s Elanga trained by Eddie Howe. Got to trust our manager’s judgement - only he knows how he wants to play him and will have a good idea of what he can do.

Wokists, try to develop a sense of humor (impossible).

How dare you. This is the mackem slayer we’re talking about.

Reports in Brazil - Igor Jesus has signed for Forest from Botafogo (sorry if old news). I have doubts he will transition well to the PL.

I get the impression that a few words have been removed from the end of that sentence (perhaps the first one was ‘pile’).

Whiiiizzzz……… plop……

Since PSR was introduced. I’d love us to sign Bowen for footballing reasons and I agree he’d be a good fit. But, due to the beloved PSR, it would likely be a big mistake. He’s bound for one of those badly run clubs who p*ss money up the wall but can still spend whatever they want on whoever they want.

When I first saw the headline it was a case of WTF? but now it does appear to be a genuinely amicable separation and with little/no predicted adverse affect on the plan for this window. All leaves me asking the question: why is he leaving? The only guess I can make is that due to Eddie’s outstanding performance again this season there could be some ‘going over Mitchell’s head’ between EH and Eales/PIF? Mitchell always comes across well in interviews but as mentioned above, some internet crackpot ITK is far more believable than the true source itself for information for many people.

Without knowing any details at all, why was a car able to get near the crowd by the police. Have we not had enough of these incidents yet to have learnt the lesson?
-
It is ambiguous. The ball was between his hands (but not touching both at the same time). It should say ‘between 2 hands and in contact with both, simultaneously’.
-
I know he’s young but Rigg isn’t currently a starter at Sunlun. Yet to see what all the fuss is about with him tbh.

A bit of chaos should help break the low blocks we face. Build up his minutes, Eddie.

Had Jonas in my head all week. 2-0 to us.

Serious question to ask someone who knows more about the game than me: is it not possible to have a good CB partnership that are both stronger on the same foot?

After having the hardest fixture (on paper) of any of the CL chasing pack this weekend, we have the easiest next. Home against a team with nothing to play for.

Well, you are the prophet.

So, in summary, another VAR abhorration helps decide a title. Before VAR you’d often give the refs the benefit of the doubt - mistakes were understandable mainly due to the speed of the game. Now, though, with endless slowmo replays available it’s come to light that some of them just don’t understand the rules of the game very well.

He’s a luxury (but very good) player. Can’t see him in an Eddie squad in a million years.

Tick-tacky (or whatever the f*ck you call it) has been worked out. With a good defensive plan and a decent threat on the break it’s quite easily neutralized these days but wasn’t when Pep came to the PL. Supporters aren’t traumatized by inferior possession stats anymore and, I agree, it’s dire to watch.
