That's like saying you would revel in the deaths of Madeline McCann and Rhys Evans because you laughed at a bairn toppling over on 'You've Been Framed'.

That's f****** terrible that, don't even compare what happened to Dyer with that lad in Sevilla.

Aye, you're all really taking the moral high ground and proving yourself to be better than him here.

Well done to you all.

Why should we take the moral high ground? He's made twats of all of us. If it happened to a decent man then fair enough, we'd be wrong to do anything. Like I'd never act this way about Solano but Dyer has f***** up his time here.

He got injured a hell of alot, collected masses of wages, drunk, smoked and slept his way around yet we stuck with him, nursed him to full fitness and then he turns around and says he wants to move to London.

Stuck with him?

Like when he was constantly getting booed before asking for a transfer? His situation here was untennable, he had to go and everyone knew it. And I'm glad h did, everyone barring West Ham benefitted from the move, which is perfect.

And you don't have to take the moral high ground at all, fair enough.

Turning your back on your employer VS. Revelling in another human being suffering serious injury

I know which sounds worse to me.

Dyer breaking his leg isn't good news for us if we had any clauses in his transfer based on payments made per X number of games played.

Thats why it dragged on though.  I'm sure it was £6m up front,  then a further £1m on appearences.

Still,  I know I shouldn't laugh, but...

the bad thing is now west ham have another excuse other than the "we've bought shit players for lots of money and are a bunch of idiots".

Hope Dyer has still got Dickie Steadmans number on speed dial.

Why? Has he f***** his knee as well?

http://www.steadman-hawkins.com/aboutUs.asp

Steadman specifically specialises in knee injuries, reconstruction and rehabilitation. Not broken lower legs.

Yes, I know I'm pushing the point but I also know what I'm talking about.

As long you know your pushing it that will do for me

Jeff Stelling just mentioned Dyer's 'liver problems' - was this ever officially known? Can't remember, was this the 'illness' he had?

He has sickle cell disease, I know cos my lad works at the ground and it is well known there.

its pretty sad when you can be shouted at by the PC brigade for wishing someone a broken leg though. "Oh how awful that a guy on 80K per week has broken his leg, you should be ashamed of yourselves for laughing at the fact west ham have signed another crock, which is no more than they deserved, and now he's injured". he's broken his leg man, get a grip.
