brummie
Simple scenario, you live in these towns, you fancy watching the odd match, you fancy choosing a team to watch, in a neutral, casual, mild affinity way ... who do you go for? London - Fulham (nice location, nice fans, old school ground) Birmingham - Villa, of fucking course (FFS, don't make me explain this) Liverpool - Everton (proper grand old club) Manchester - City (not United) Sheffield - Wednesday - big club, hard times. Glasgow - Celtic Wild card - Nottingham Forest (for the Clough legacy)
Wullie
London - Arsenal Birmingham - Villa Liverpool - Everton Manchester - City Sheffield - Wednesday Glasgow - Christ, probably Partick Thistle, I don't like the Old Firm at all.
