Mr. Snrub
What a get out of jail free card we got when he signed for Chelsea instead of us. He is shite.
Guest Knightrider
It's hard to find any form when you're coming into games from the bench to replace a player like Terry. In short his Chelsea form does not reflect his ability. He's a good player. Anyway we've moved on, we have strengthened defence and if we are to strengthen that area any time soon it should be by bringing in genuine class and not yet another squad player or someone equal to what we have. James
Some players don't work at certain clubs. Doesn't make them shite. You should know all about this Luque fanboy
Kev
well look at sidwell, was class until he went to chelsea imo ben haim would be a great addition to our squad and i hope we sign him
Mr. Snrub
Some players don't work at certain clubs. Doesn't make them shite. You should know all about this Luque fanboy There is a big difference going to a new country, being introduced to a different culture and playing in another league than joining a team in the same league where your team mates are brilliant. If he was good he would easily adapt into that back 4. Is Ben Haim's positioning 1 out of 20 in FM by any chance?

Taylor Swift
Sidwell wasn't class man. He was a one season wonder and anyone with a brain saw that. Another overrated tit. Look at some of Mourinho's signings btw - they're not the best. Kalou, Ferreira, the backup gk (forgot his name), Ben Haim, SWP, Pizarro etc.. Sidwell's the leader of that 'shite signing' group. SUPERTOON
Add Mikel to that list, he is s**** too. Agreed a terrible terrible player they had to pay Man Utd 10 million for him aswell i think

juniatmoko
ben haim is clearly average player... dunno where people get the fuzz of him making him the only defender that we can take.... i prefer looking for younger CB for the future... seems our CB now quite solid enough why rushing looking for another average one? Mr. Snrub
Simple, we need to sign around 700 players just to make sure we have enough squad depth. Their ability is not important. We also need to pay them upwords of 50 grand a week.
Thespence
Yeah, so will Morientes. Your wit would of worked but as he no longer plays in the Premier league he is hardly likely to adapt to it is he.

Minhosa
I think Mikel is quality tbh. Yeah. I think the converse almost applies to Mikel. In a shite team, he'd stand out imo.
hallihg
Mikel maybe fu*king stupid, but hes workes quite hard and is very calm when hes with the ball, never seen him panic while under pressure.

Guest gggg
Ben Haim has proved he's a quality player in the premiership. Bolton won about 80% more games with him in the team.

Thorpinho
I think perhaps Mourinho encountered a situation where if he wanted some decent players he was having to pay 20 million just because it was chelsea bidding. So he had to turn to the likes of Sidwell, Pizarro, Ben Haim to fill out the squad.
Northern Monkey
Ben Haim shoudl not need time to settle into the premiership. Seems to me like he was a big fish in a small pond, and now he's way out of his league. Good enough for us? We are unarguably a medium-sized club with aspirations of the top 6, so maybe he would be ok. We've carried (and are carrying) worse defenders, certainly. Mind, Fat Sam would probably put him on the right wing or something.
