Guest Tall Striker
West Ham sign Keane. West Ham's wage bill must be ridiculous with Wayne Bridge on loan as well. Even better when they go down With £200M on an olympic stadium as well. At least they can rent out the running track.

LoveItIfWeBeatU
BBC Sport understands Tottenham have made a bid of more than £10m for West Ham midfielder Scott Parker, but their offer was rejected. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/9381165.stm
JCONA
Perhaps Hughton had spoken to JC about being his assistant before his sacking and thats why he may of been angry. Perhaps perhaps. Good signing have must of touched a nerve There is no excuse for bad grammar.

Village Idiot
Ballague has confirmed we've met Athletico's buy out clause but issues regarding tax. For whom? From who? There's no "Athletico" in Spain. Either Athletic or Atlético.

Ketsbaia
Llorente would be stupid to go to Spurs considering its a safe bet that he's otherwise off to Real Madrid in the summer.

ponsaelius
Can't help but think Spurs would be better off with Nilmar or Rossi rather than Llorente.

Village Idiot
Is this being reported anywhere in spain yet Village? No. Their manager issued a hands off warning this afternoon, though. Handoff is tough s*** with a release clause though Not really, explained it a few pages ago but when a Spanish club is said to be triggering a release clause it's usually not the case but the selling club agreeing to a bid equal to the clause. The taxes attached to the release fee are stratospheric and could add up to 50% to the cost (which would go to the state, hence the selling club not really having an interest in upholding the clause if the sale is inevitable). There's a gentlemen's agreement between Spanish clubs to always accept bids equal to the amount of the release fee, but that doesn't apply to foreign clubs. Newcastle Fan
What's Rasiak upto these days? Wiki AEL limassol F.C He signed his contract with one of the top teams in Cyprus, AEL, after leaving Reading due to the fact that his team couldn't afford him. He appeared in many matches of the Cypriot team but has found it hard to score a goal. He showed the country he has the ability but he always ended up unlucky, he has been given many chances but he doesn't seem ready to score the 'easy goal' that his team wanted him to do. No goals in 16 apperances.
