Kitman
I was very much distressed by the news of Carr's imminent departure. In his honour I have composed the following poem: Pick up your boots and go now man Get off the treatment couch To Portsmouth or perhaps West Ham Or some other mugs down South Your head's too big, your legs have gone The pies did all the damage So piss off when the season's done Aye you and Peter Ramage. Skeletor
I'll always remember Steven Carr as the guy who missed the open goal when we were 4-1 up against Alkmaar in the Uefa Cup.

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
To the tune of "I Love Rock & Roll" by Joan Jett.. "Carr loves sausage rolls, he goes to Gregg's and eats 10 a day." More of a chant than a poem. Alas, If only we'd sung that as a piss-take when he played.
tmonkey
Carr was shit overall, but lets not forget he put in a fair few decent shifts when called upon. For that, I have an ounce of respect for him as a footballer.
Mr. Snrub
Yes, to be fair Carr was decent this season when called upon.

May I offer the following: He's fat, he's round He can't jump off the ground Stephen Carr, Stephen Carr He's shit, unfit We'll miss him a little bit (as he was decent this season when called upon to be fair) Stephen Carr, Stephen Carr
