Baggio
Here's an old article from when we signed Milner that says he has a sell on clause. http://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/sport/UNITED-SET-TO-BUY.817161.jp
Baggio
Spurs paid to take the sell on fee out of Lennon's contract according to Leeds fans.
Alberto2005
Leeds fan I know says it might be Carson as his fee hasn't been sorted yet.

Tooj
At least Milner has found his level tonight.
Cajun
Was quality tonight, I know people will use excuses but hopefully this will kick the lad on.
Skeletor
Much better up front than out wide.
Guest elbee909
Definitely some sort of argument here for playing him a bit more central.

Cajun
Keegan has just said maybe they were playing Milner in the wrong position, maybe tongue in cheek but maybe its made him think...
Tooj
Keegan has just said maybe they were playing Milner in the wrong position, maybe tongue in cheek but maybe its made him think... We've all been saying for a while if he has any future at this level it's certainly in the middle. Let's hope he can keep it up against better opposition. Definitely think he'll play off the striker on Saturday now mind.
Newcastle Fan
Pretty good peformence today, a goal and an assist and he was a threat all night. Hope we see more of that in the coming weeks.
Baggio
Notice he didn't deny the speculation or say he was staying.

Ikon
Why was he looking down almost all the time when he got interviewed? I guess you cant answer that,
junkhead
yep, he looked a lot better roaming in a free position upfront.. like where Duff played the last couple of games.. playing him on the right limits his game a lot and there's no place for him on the left, as I'd rather see N'Zogbia or Jonas there
Cajun
Who Milner? He just said he doesn't know what was going on but cannot control what was going on off the pitch. Wonder how the kneejerk tide will turn after this performance (not saying people who don't like him should change their opinion but there are definitely people who seem to change their entire opinion on players over a few games). TRon
Was quality tonight, I know people will use excuses but hopefully this will kick the lad on. He was quality first half, missed some great opportunities second half and generally worked hard all night without proving anything really.
Cajun
What great opportunities did he miss? I remember a lot of quality blocks going on but no clear cut chances. Same as a few players on the pitch and even Owen's equaliser was nearly saved.

Why is Milner the only thing you ever are serious about? You're more serious about Milner than you are your lass.

If he wants to change opinions then he needs to put performances in like that against Premiership teams on a regular basis. Not just turn up against Championship clubs and Slovenia under 21's.
