Guest LucaAltieri
I'm watching this through ESPN Brasil... safe to say they believe it was a stonewall penalty. This is surreal... "Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool, Ameobi!"
LiquidAK
Shola, the next Shearer.
Mr Logic
Watching the replays Shola looks as surprised as anyone in the ground that that went in.
Guest timmy boy
At least we kept our heads up after we went a man and a goal down.Well done lads to get in at 1-1.
colinmk
I hope Alan Smith is being repeatedly raped by a bunch of Polish sailors somewhere around the Merseyside docks.

oldtype
Time to come out in the second half with ten-men behind the ball playing for a draw with some old-fashioned Big Sam style tactics. Really have to stand up and applaud the lads for how they've done so far under very averse conditions. Kinnear seems to have gotten some steel in them. Guest LucaAltieri
You do realise this means Ameobi will be starting against the Mackems?

Mike
Shola scored. Jesus Christ I can't believe that. If this feeling is a preview for what it would be like if Smith got one... Nobody
We've been fucking shite, but just like against Everton, somehow, we're in this. Someone please teach Shola the fucking offside rule and tell him you can't come in with your elbows raised when going for a header.

Yeah to be fair I've been laying off him a bit this game as he hasn't played that bad considering it's him. That ball through to Duff was decent aswell. He's done surprisingly alright tonight I'll admit but he's still a poor footballer whatever happens.

Even aside from the goal, doing some good work roughing up City's defense and creating some space. Of course, he still doesn't know how to play football. Taylor Swift
I've only been watching from 20 minutes onwards but Towelie, we've been quite good. Ameobi's contributed, Martins has been popping up in places and our defending looks good. Impressed with Coloccini and Bassong so far. I think we can take 'em.
