BlueStar
When we sold him we told Dalglish he was a canny player, and I think he's found out that's true. He canny run, he canny jump, he canny shoot and he definitely canny score.
Benwell Lad
The more I see that stumble the more I wonder if he did a "Chopra".

maybe_next_year
i don't get why people think he either didn't dive on purpose or 'did a chopra', if he did that, why would he have protested so much?
AyeDubbleYoo
He just expected contact. Strikers do it all the time and usually get a penalty. Krul was just smart enough to make it clear there was no contact.
Skirge
Was he seen up here last night ? I heard he was in the Diamond but not sure if its true, why would Kenny let him stay behind and not travel back with the squad.
Coach
Isn't there someone who can put up a link when he leaves the field? Would really love to see that again, not to say listen to it again. The sound wasn't too high in the pub in Denmark.
Wandy
Taken from another forum. This is apparently what happened after he got down the tunnel when substituted... From a bloke at work who is mates with one of our medical team: "Andy Carroll screamed "SHIT MANAGER" at the top of his voice whilst storming down the tunnel. He then slammed the dressing room door, nearly taking it off his hinges."
Klaus
If that is true, that is hilarious

Flip
Taken from another forum. This is apparently what happened after he got down the tunnel when substituted... From a bloke at work who is mates with one of our medical team: "Andy Carroll screamed "s*** MANAGER" at the top of his voice whilst storming down the tunnel. He then slammed the dressing room door, nearly taking it off his hinges." If Carroll did that hes f***ing right though. Wont feel sorry for the lad, but his development took an unbelievable stop as soon as he joined the c***s. Remember those 6 months for us, he was just absolutely immense! Klaus
Liverpool simply dont play to his strengths, what carrol needs is crosses coming in the box for him to go and attack, but instead dalgliesh plays a very narrow system, with little service from either wing... BlueStar
It's hardly a mystery really, he was by far our best asset so we built the entire team around him, set up to play to his strengths and had him playing 90 minutes of pretty much every game, which is important when you still need experience. Liverpool have a load of other players who they've spent a load on, are paying a fuck load and who Kenny wants to keep sweet, all of whom need different set ups to play to their strengths. Even if he wasn't clearly unhappy, there's no way Kenny could get the same 35m player he thought he saw at Newcastle out of him.

adam1
He blatantly did bottle scoring when he rounded Krul like. Wouldnt have took him any effort to take one more step and slot it with his right.
SEMTEX
Who the fuck would scream "Shit Manager" when angered?
SEMTEX
+ anyone thinking he deliberately chose not to score because he didn't want to score against NUFC needs their head checked. The wanker just pre-empted contact (like most strikers nowadays) and went to ground, hoping for a goal and a red card. Krul pulled out, made him look like a mug. End of. LFEE
He's not "one of our own" like, no way. Gave that up when he pulled that red shirt on. Hope he's at his mam's in f***ing tears cos his dad's not speaking to him. Head to Queens Court on the Teams and find out...
Guest Geordiesned
According to the Telegraph Carroll didn't dive he tripped over his own feet! Carroll had been desperate to catch the eye before the game and he did, but for all the wrong reasons. He was booked for diving after he tripped over his own feet while trying to go round goalkeeper Tim Krul early in the game and and headed a decent chance over in the first half. NG32
Their was no tripping by Krul or by himself, if you watch the footage his feet just stop.
Guest johnson293
Who the fuck would scream "Shit Manager" when angered? I just hope he went into the right dressing room. Easy to forget when in such a hissy fit.
