The other games today - 2008/09

I don't mind Liverpool winning it anymore; they've been playing excellent football (top scorers in the league) and they'll really deserve it if they do; it's not like they have fluked victories because they've done the double over Man Utd and Chelsea.

The best part about the possibility of Liverpool winning it is that Man Utd will have truly blown it - 8 points up and a match in hand or something like that and just choking it away.

I'd really rather Manchester won the title than scousers. Obviously i'd prefer it if neither of the c***s won it, but i wouldnt want cockneys getting their hands on it either.

Agreed. I'd like to see Newcastle win it.

Is this the team the scousers beat 5-0 at home?

crazy

No, but it's definitely the team they scored 4 against at Old Trafford.

"Stunning goal" Andy Gray just said. OK, it was a very good finish but ffs it wasnt f***ing "stunning". Stupid prick. He wouldn't be saying that if a that happened in a League 1 match would he?

The two of them were sounding suicidal before Ronaldo scored, Gray will be wanking himself silly if Man U score again.

Nice finish, Villa have such a lack of experience in terms of shutting up shop.

That doesn't work at Old Trafford. Villa needed to continue attacking, and keep united on the back foot. Hopefully MON has told Reo coker to gamble and support the attack from the centre.

I know. Stupid jock bastard. It was all about how the title race had been "blown wide open" and where man utd would find their next goal, not about Villa's mission to break the top 4 being revived!
