It looks like it will be Sibi and Rossi upfront tonight, Luque must feel like Roeder set him up.

Roeder - "you get a start tonight Albert, this is your chance to show me you can play"

Luque - "At last thanks boss, i won't let you down"

Roeder - "Oh by the way, your up top alone, we are playing a 4-5-1"

Luque - "gee thanks boss"

He was neover going to be able to much in a lone striker role and now he cannotg et a game again.

he scored which is what a striker is paid to do and to be fair in the position he was asked to play he did ok but at the end of the day the one thing he did which no one else seems to be able to do is put the ball in the back on the net

I'd play a team full of kids/reserves (and know i dont know what form they are in) - they cant do any worse than the current supposed 1st team, and will at least give it their all.

Srnicek (why isnt Krul in the squad btw?)

Taylor Moore Huntington Ramage

Milner Pattison Sibierski Duff

Carroll Rossi

This stinks of Wigan all over again. I think a heavy defeat and it's Bye Bye, Glen.

Just play the strongest XI, maybe rest a few who've started both of the last two games. I'd imagine Watford will also rest players.

Harper, Carr, Babayaro, Taylor, Ramage, Solano, Duff, Parker, Emre, Sibierski, Rossi.

Srnicek, Bramble, N'Zogbia, Butt, Luque

Certainly FFS has given him the dreaded vote of confidence so it doesn't look good.  Personally I think his "I'd only be worried if it was like this at Christmas" comment points more to a xmas termination date.  Tis the season to be jolly after all.

The whole defense was incredibly solid against Palermo, and although it frustrated me during the match, the wing-backs didn't get forward - which meant the defense stayed as a team in itself, and stuck together like glue. I can't ****ing believe that tossers Babayaro and Carr were brought back into the team. Just another example of Roeder's total and utter cluelessness.

Our defense were bad. That Mr Krul was our man of the match is evidence of our shaky defense.

Also, apart from Babayaro and Carr, we don't have much choices left. Both Taylor and Ramage are not specialist full backs.

Interesting to see the sent out most dont deserve to play. Still hope for a win as i think every match is important including cup matches even if we are in a relagation dog fight 1-0 toon hopfully dont know where a goal will come from apart from Rossi if he actually gets a chance created for him by the midfield.

krul

Taylor Moore Bramble Ramage

Milner Butt Emre Duff

Luque Rossi

At least if not Luque  Sibierski

NUFC: Harper, Srnicek, Carr, Taylor, Ramage, Babayaro, Huntington, Moore, Bramble, Parker, Emre, Solano, N'Zogbia, Milner, Pattison, Duff, Rossi, Sibierski, Luque, Carroll, Butt.

                                  Harper

Taylor            Moore            Ramage        Babayaro

                    Parker

                                          Emre

Milner                                                      Duff

                    Rossi            Sibierski

Sounds a little arrogant but i'm convinced that this is the best team that we can put out at the moment. Parker has to be told to cover the back four, no forward runs. Taylor and Baba shouldn't concentrate on getting beyond the wingers, they should stick to defending, this alows Milner and Duff to go forward more freely. When doing this they need to be told to stick to the wings and get crosses in even if that means to rely on Sibs aerial ability. As long as Sibers puts himself about a bit space will open, allowing shooting opportunities for Rossi. None of this back four are renowned for making mistakes, although they need to stay calm and work as a unit. Even if this means us playing alot of the game in our own half, i feel we have enough to nick a goal.

I have a feeling roeder will start Carr, Butt and Bramble in a 451 formation, sibers up top on his own.

Nearly perfect. Apart from Carr, instead of Moore. Shame the zog misses out.
