Ecuador are 10th in the rankings like, their league will be crap. Also Colombia

 

Both of those leagues are way stronger than the Irish league, though.

Presumably soccer is their national/main sport, also.

Checked the rankings, it'll definitely be Ivory Coast.  In the team that are top of the league, only three players have wikipedia pages.

Well maybe not World Class, but a near majority of the recent Cote D'Ivoire stars have come from that club. The Kalous, the Toures, Gervinho, Boka, Tiene, Eboue etc. Not Brazil '70, but if you look at the clubs these players are at and what they've accomplished it is very impressive for one generation.
