Neil
If only Luke Shaw had a right foot.
Neil
We're actually in very real trouble if we don't win both these games - it's not some overblown media rhetoric. There are a lot of permutations but if Ukraine win tonight, then anything less than 6 points in our 2 games (Ukraine kicked off just now vs Poland), and we're almost certainly in the playoffs. Ukraine have San Marino on Tuesday. Fun.
Ashley17
I just flat out don't rate Walker, Lowton needs at least a look in at some point He's been dropped by Villa so I doubt that will happen
Tiresias
Fair point, looked very promising from what I saw mind. Shaw will be absolutely mint one day imo.
Kanj
People rate Townsend? Big call to have him starting out wide in this match no?
jollof rice and pea
He's average, clearly fancies himself as a Robben
Yorkie
People rate Townsend? Big call to have him starting out wide in this match no? Team better than the individuals, etc. Very happy to have Welbeck and Sturridge back. It's a strong front four Imo. Pity about Gerrard/Lampard. Whether or not they're the best pair right now, there's zero longevity to the partnership now and they should/will not play in Brazil together, if we get there. Wilshire needs as many games as possible I think.

NEEJ
We've got Chiles on a treadmill in front of a green screen. Get in. How are ITV so bad at presenting football?
Yorkie
So glad Milner isn't playing.
Neil
Damn, I missed this spectacular intro. Lee Dixon, a lost 14 year old and a tramp joining Adrian tonight.
Yorkie
Why are starting line-up graphics constructed by people who clearly don't watch football?
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
English mentality: let's dwell on not qualifying for the World Cup 20 years ago. ffs man.

Neil
At least Keane doesn't pull his punches. True. Won't ever respect the man for purposefully ending a man's career, but he's one of the best pundits because he simply tells it how it is. Something most pundits are afraid to do. JH
At least Keane doesn't pull his punches. Dixon was talking shit like. There's no English goalkeeper playing well enough atm to take Joe Hart out of the team - wtf?!
Mr. Snrub
At least Keane doesn't pull his punches. Unless he's face to face with Shearer.

Disco
Just hadn't seen him play much so was shocked to see him in a starting role. Me too. He is very direct though, against a bit of a duffer of a full back this might be an advantage.

Won't ever respect the man for purposefully ending a man's career, but he's one of the best pundits because he simply tells it how it is. Something most pundits are afraid to do. He called out Hart is being too arrogant and complacent over a year ago while Chiles was labelling him the best keeper in the world.
