AyeDubbleYoo
Everyone is a loser in this like, including Joey really. He is bound to fall out with Warnock and batter Taraabt at some point, and he'll be playing in the Championship from next season. Sorry to see him go though, we will miss him a bit. TRon
Simon Bird: 'Joey Barton about to seal the deal with QPR. Good luck to him' Good. Hopefully the money saved will be put towards buying a striker.
Big Geordie
Disappointing and he's nailed on to score against us/have a blinder a week on Monday; Still though - more cash off the wage bill for Ashley, then eh!

Mistle17
Very saddened by this We've lost a tough character and an excellent player who wont be replaced. We'll suffer from this.
Magpie
Caulkin: Once he joins QPR, next step in Barton choreography: heartfelt interview with Sky, praises #Nufc fans, barbs for hierarchy. That's my bet.
Mr. Snrub
Wrong choice. All the worst Joey, you complete cunt. Come off it man. We all know who's fault this is.

AyeDubbleYoo
He was leaving at the end of the season anyway, I guess that softens the blow a bit. Also he's a massive twat. We will miss him as a player though, although he is slightly overrated.

Dave
Is it not widely understood that Barton was on £50-60k per week? Wonder what the next excuse is for why we 'can't afford' to go after Danny Sturridge then.

timeEd32
By the way, there are no more fucking excuses now about the wage bill. That's three high earners gone this summer, plus part of Xisco's wages covered. I know Smith and Harper are still here, but we better have a new striker by next week.
