toontownman
That's an incredibly s*** England squad btw Very shitty, madness Barton is snubbed again but hardly surprising. Another toss international game no one cares about.
Guest bmoregeordie
Sensational, is fast becoming the heart and soul of this team. Was so chuffed when he stayed on the ground and didn't retalitate. Vital for us and a must to get the contract sorted asap. used to be one of my least favorite players when he was on citeh and acted like an idiot whenever someone breathed on him. he and nolan brought this team back today. they are pure heart. Revolution Number 9
Regarding his challenge, even if it was dangerous, more dangerous tackles have gone unpunished this season and God Tiote knows we know it. Imagine what a kick to the bollocks it would have been had he been sent off for it.
Dave
New deal agreed in principle, wants to stay. Basically admitted that the Carroll sale put the brakes on it from his perspective.
ponsaelius
Not being selected in the England squad is quite frankly pathetic. Personally I'm happy he wasn't for an NUFC perspective, but still, a joke.
Dokko
Honest enough, hopefully its for what is our next move (spending the cash, showing ambition) rather than thinking oh i'll have some of that cheers.
Interpolic
When he's fit, he's fantastic. He's made me eat my words to an extent this season, it's impossible not to love him when he's in this form.
Hanshithispantz
Also played a blinder from the centre today, against everything some were saying about it been laughable to even assosiate him with the possition ever again.
Wullie
Also played a blinder from the centre today, against everything some were saying about it been laughable to even assosiate him with the possition ever again. Him going back to the right when Ranger came on changed the game tbh.

Oakie Doke
I did laugh at his hypocrisy in that BBC interview when he disapprovingly talks about Arsenal's lack of discipline.

When the rest of the midfield isn't working, he tries to take things into his own hands. Was like that on Wednesday as well.

Freedom is key to him performing not his starting possition

Yorkie
50-50 tackle. He'd won all of the ball before he'd even touched Diaby. I'm all for cutting out reckless challenges - hell, i agreed with the Tiote sending off, which seemed to be a hugely contentious issue on here. But with Barton today, there was no trailing leg nor nowt - just a well-timed, rough-as-houses tackle.
ponsaelius
So that vile little thug Barton tries to break Diaby's leg and his victim gets sent off? #nonsense Would quite happily see this cunt burn in a fire.
Guest axel
piersmorgan Piers Morgan @ @DuncanBannatyne Yes, but can't argue with a brilliant debut performance by Newcastle's new signing Phil Dowd - great player. what a fucking twat
jdckelly
typical wenger era arsenal fan tbh, refs are out to screw us, its not our players fault, players aren't allowed tackle our players, joey barton is the anti christ
