Fenham Mag
Gordon is a moper when things aren't going well. Bellamy was just angry all the time.

Conjo Posted Thursday at 21:42 Share Posted Thursday at 21:42 Bellamys mentality during a match was much better. If Gordon doesn't win his first duels he tends to fade. Bellamy got more motivated to get one over his opponent the more he/we were struggling. Big part of why we were known as the comeback kings during SBRs time. andycap Posted Friday at 22:17 Share Posted Friday at 22:17 He was a nuisance like defenders couldn't deal with him shearer benefitted massively having him running off him and into channels creating space for the big man.

toon25 Posted Friday at 22:46 Share Posted Friday at 22:46 (edited) That fucking wanker Souness getting rid of him was, at the time, idiotic, and, in hindsight, a decision that set us back years. Hate that cunt to this day. Thug of a player and thug of a manager. No decorum or class. We've been incredibly lucky to have the likes of KK, Bobby, and wor Eddie in my lifetime in that respect (notable shout out to Hughton too).
