captainhaircut
Aren't those quotes re hashed from months ago? He's such a rent a quote, they all merge into one but I'm sure those exact quotes have been published before.

Cajun
Fact is Danny that you're not as good as the other players around you. Surely he can see this. Not that I agree with him but from his pov he is statistically the best right back in the league (or whatever that article says), plays a shit load of games and is the first choice for a team that has just finished 5th and were in the fight for 3rd right until the end of the season. Now between his own beliefs and what his agent is feeding him those 'on paper' facts probably lead him to believe he is worth more than £25k a week. These days that is probably a fairly average wage. Being linked to Chelsea probably doesn't help either, they were paying Sidwell around £50,000 a week weren't they?

Anderson
Not worth 25k a week, wish he'd hurry up and fuck off tbh. Probably a bit harsh, although I'll certainly hold no hard feelings towards him once/if he leaves, but I'd be gutted if we started next season with him at RB. Aye, don't think I'd want both. I have no idea about Pieters' quality, but I definitely want us to get a left footed defender I'f we are going for Debuchy or Clyne. If We get a new RB then obviously Santon is LB, wouldn't feel happy just having Ferguson as back up. A LB/CB would be ideal. We'd have RB's falling out our arsehole. If we sign Debuchy I really think we have to look at bringing in a youngster or someone else for back up who's a specialised left back. As much as I'd like to see Clyne also, it would just seem like a pointless signing.

Sifu
£25k a week sounds about right for Simpson. He's a fool for not taking it tbh (though if he gets a better deal elsewhere then so be it). I've said it before and I'll say it again, I honestly think he's a decent enough RB. Yes, he has limitations but I would prefer him to stay (only as backup though). But if he decides to leave, then best of luck to him.
Interpolic
Doubt he would be back-up if he stayed, maybe if he was more versatile he'd not be first choice, as Pardew could then offer him more games.
Sifu
I don't want to sound arrogant or anything but can he really find a club better than us? (and before anyone says anything, there's no fucking way he's going to Chelsea! ) He'll still get his games next season and theoretically, he can cover CB (albeit not too effectively).
