Report: New kit deal agreed with Puma

I lie...

It's actually written on the bridge of the socks, to remind supporters why they have removed their foot-ware and what to sing next.

FFS.

Glad I don't buy full kits anymore like, what a joke.

nope i assumed it would be here today....

having paid for this fucker, i wont be getting any more!

i actually think its alright, but its quite smart. the 'toonarmy' bit will be getting the hot iron treatment and then peeled off, as that is shit!

once i have it, and have inspected the quality I shall report back with my renewed opinion! if i hate it, it can always get returned.

i dont see what the fuss is about this "toon army" bit.. its on the back of your neck.. you dont see it.. and unless you show it off not many others notice it too.. not as if its in huge writing going across the back of the top along the bottom etc like that old home top we had with "newcastle united" along the bottom.. big fuss over nothing

£35 in Sports Direct, £45 in the club shop. What's the craic there? Taking advantage by overcharging the people who refuse to buy from Sports Direct?

Had a look at them, not a fan at all. The Toon Army bit I don't mind.

if anyone here has bought one, why not take a few pics of it and post em here?

showing the details like logos, badges, etc..

I was about to ask the same as I live in a hell hole in Lincolnshire that doesnt have a good sport shop around.

al see if i can find my camera.

actually suprised, nice quality for a football top.

pumas all stitched.

toon crest stitched in very fine detail on a patch which is embroided onto shirt. - same way holland, man u, etc have them.

toon army is printed so small its not an issue.

collar feels naff.

negative of the 3rd kit is it does look like a training top!

white is the worst colour for me though, as im a messy cunt.

northern rock is much bigger than last season, its more of the size of the early NR adidas tops.

The point of an all white third strip is missed on me, when will we ever need to wear it ? Outside of clear marketing tricks like at Carlisle, i can't see this one getting an airing. Suppossed it'll be used in cups, the marketeers are probably hoping to avoid away ties at the likes of Leeds and Bolton.

ok, neighbour just gave me my shirt....

twats sent me the white one instead of blue.....

however, i really like it, so keeping this one.

size wise, its bigger than adidas, however seems to be a bit more clingy.

Hate that, Puma makes all their shirts clingy...
