McCormick
I really wish we had Umbro or Nike making our kits.
afar
The shiny bin-liner sponsor isn't as bad when you see it up close. However the quality of the material used elsewhere apparent. It's worse. Worst home kit since, well, two years ago. I watched the 1996 Newcastle v Aston Villa game, which was shown over here on Setanta's classics, and we were sporting that first Adidas strip with the grandad colar. OMG was that strip a thing of beauty, Shame Adidas never really hit those hieghts again. Best NUFC kit ever IMO.
Guest BooBoo
Yeah it was probably the only really good kit Adidas made for us. Everything after that was a bit of an anti climax although i did quite like the fat stripes of the Bobby Champions League era.
EthiGeordie
I am done with Addidas. My first choice would have been Nike but Puma seems OK.

Peppe
This sucks. I was really looking forward to getting a Newcastle shirt this year (a long sleeved one!) but I'm not wasting any money on that shit
henke
I quite like the design of our home shirt but the quality is awful. I'm hoping for nike in two years time.
Peppe
I've never seen one "live" so I've no idea about the quality. I'm one for symmetry so I hate that they've put the puma in the middle, should have had it on the opposite side of the club crest. The crest itself and the sponsor looks awful aswell. Looks cheap
Lowndsy
I hope we get a deal with umbro next.. there recent gear has been the best around imo

Peppe
I've got one of the 95-97 ones at home, love it! A shame I've got my own name on the back in all-white normal-crappy-plastic-print

Guest
The better the team the better the strip imo. Not too fussed about quality. 1995-7, 2001-3 & 1993-5 are my 3 favourites because of the memories.
