I've said it before, we play our best football by far when we concede and thus, the original tactics go out of the window.

Like Alan Smith and Kevin Nolan, he's done a job this season. However, we shouldn't forget the difficulty in the task that lies ahead.

Fuck that, it isn't pretty but he must be half German because he is fucking efficient the nazi reincarnated mother fucker.

Balls to whinging and I wasn't happy for the majority of tonight. As often with this season we have done the job.

He deserves a chance and lets not go into next season just waiting to jump on his back, without significant investment no matter who was managing we will struggle next season.

Long live Hughton, long live stability!

got quite emotional in his interview with sky.

i havnt liked a manager this much since bobby, in fact, he's only the third manager in my lifetime (28 years) who I have liked.

what a top bloke, who has done a top job.

long may it (and he) continue.

You could tell he was holding something back in that touchline interview. He was ready to either burst into tears or snog the face off David Craig and run the length of the pitch singing Blaydon Races :smitten:

An extremely likeable guy and he's built a brilliant team spirit. I've questioned him in the past but you can tell he's growing by the day.
