TRon
Exactly the sort of signing I thought we'd end up making. I don't know anything about him so it's really all about Hughton's judgement.
Foluwashola
Seen him much, have you? 19 goals in 92 games for Coventry, we need a goalscorer!
Guest Geordiesned
No doubt you've seen every minute he's ever played since under-12 level ronaldo??

nobby_solano
underwhelmed. i'd rather not sign him. he's no real improvement on anybody we've already got

Guest dazzanufc1892
Only hope i hold is that he turns out to be as good as the last striker we signed from Coventry
TRon
Will this guy even get into our starting line up ahead of the likes of Shola, Carroll or Lovenkrands?
Guest Geordiesned
"original as ever" Pot... kettle.

Shak
He's absolutely shite. Just a terrible, terrible signing if this is true. I'd easily rate every one of our current strikers above him.
Ronaldo
I've seen him play twice I think, (Pompey game last month and once earlier in the season) so I can't really comment tbh, he appeared to be good though. Genuine question: If he's inferior to 'every one of our current strikers', why does he have twice the league goals that Carroll does in a considerably lesser team? Although I hope I'm wrong I think we're only going for him as he has had a decent start to the season which gives the facade of him being better than he actually is. As i say hopefully I'm wrong but from the little I've seen of him at Coventry and International level he is nowhere near even backup Premiership standard if we go up. Dave
At least he seems to be in form. Very decent record this season.

Maybe the guy who comes on for Ireland and stands there trying to get used to the offside rule for 60 minutes before being mercifully taken off is an imposter? Dave
http://www.football-league.co.uk/javaImages/8/71/0,,10794~7434504,00.jpg Is that an 'L' or a '£' on his hand?
