Talks have been ongoing since before the World Cup between his agent and English representatives". http://i.telegraph.co.uk/telegraph/multimedia/archive/01524/Rafik-Halliche_1524541i.jpg I see he's already met Joey ahead of his move here. Also just looking at the Lansbury link. Henri Lansbury went on holiday to Mexico with and is best friends with our own Nile Ranger.

Guest firetotheworks
Howeh man, lets get our priorities straight, we don't need a new keeper. If anything we need a new first choice left back. Say what??? Surely right back...? Wait for it....wait for it....whoosh.

KaKa
They apparently paid 9m euros for him last summer. He goes and has a great season and we apparently proceed to offer them significantly less than they paid a year ago. Seems like the kind of "Surely they won't accept this... PHEW!!" offer our lot would throw in alright. I think we're probably doing this because as Ashley has so proudly proclaimed, he will always offer all the money upfront rather than in installments. However, it is also likely just an initial tester if we have indeed bid.

Ketsbaia
More (barely) on Erdinc Toon in a fight for Erdinc NEWCASTLE are chasing Paris St Germain striker Mevlut Erdinc but may be priced out of a deal. The Magpies have already had a £5.5million bid rejected as PSG paid £8.2m to sign the Turkish international from Sochaux last summer. The French outfit will hold out for at least £12m. Erdinc, 23, impressed in his first season at PSG and bagged 15 league goals in 31 appearances, finishing as the league's third highest scorer. Newly-promoted Toon have a limited budget as owner Mike Ashley has vowed to keep spending under control. Guest geordienorway
PSG have plenty of options in attack with Luyindula, Hoarau, Erdinc and Kezman all battling for a place in the team. From what I have seen of Erdinc, he would be a fantastic signing. Good pace and composure, and has a decent header on him.

If true, which i doubt, PSG would have to be absolute spackas or skint to be thinking of accepting that.
