And on Annan. He is a really good player, BUT. He has a “difficult” personality and he tends to turn to unsporting behavior on the pitch (biting(!), hitting etc.) He would totally ruin the team harmony. A big no, unfortunately, couse he is one of the best out there in his position.

 

 

I think that dude's posted on a Norwegian NUFC forum as well, seems my Sky Sports wind-up is quite un-popular outside of here. :lol:

Does it have many members on it and is there much discussion?

 

1119 members, though admittedly don't look too active outside a few topics (transfers, players, etc.). Don't frequent it myself, just had to go there to let them know it was a wind-up for Sky Sports. :lol:

These tactics are working though. If you tell a lie often enough, people believe it. We can spread the word, then Hughton finally thinks "actually aye, that annan fella would be canny" and buys him.

Sounds good, always like to know how many foreigners actually support us, I guess theres quite a few in Scandinavia

We started a new supporter club last year and we have about 250 members now. Hopefully there will be a lot more this year and we will try to get some publisity on Norwegian TV when the season starts. Im sure you have read about the other supporter club we had in Norway. They had about 1500 members, so we have big ambisions for the new club!

We started a new supporter club last year and we have about 250 members now. Hopefully there will be a lot more this year and we will try to get some publisity on Norwegian TV when the season starts. Im sure you have read about the other supporter club we had in Norway. Yeah, i can understand that and that is what we think are the maine reason why "only" 250 fans joined the club last year. But this club are made of real fans and hopefully we will grow and be a great supporter club for the Norwegian fans.

Yeah, I will no doubt join up in the future. I just want to see how things pan out a bit first. :thup:

Meh. I'd have thought we'd finally left this one alone but whatever, i'm not really bothered. We need to fill the squad out - he won't be a starter you wouldn't have thought.

I know I am in the vast minority but as long as the wages aren't crazy he would be a good signing. He looked capable last season for a side challenging for things way ahead of us at the moment and as much faith I have in our current centre backs the fact is none have yet proven to be able to consistently perform at that level.

Totally. It depends entirely on his wages. Assuming he's on no more than the likes of Williamson then i'm absolutely fine with it. We need them 'young and hungry' players (cliche-arama), and i do think that should be the primary focus from here on in. However, if we're gonna stay up, then one or two seasoned players who've been there and done it for years are essential imo.
