70/1 is madness. Crouch could easily have 4 goals by the KO stage.

The bookies know what they are doing, he has no hope in hell of being top scorer.

33/1 is more sensible on the part of the bookies. I'd have said similar about Miroslav Klose last time but 4 goals might be all you'll need to win it and Crouch is capable of that figure, however unlikely.

Did Klose not get 4 against Saudi Arabia or something though?

Can't see Crouch getting a brace in any game tbh.

People can say what they like about Crouch, his scoring record for England is very impressive.

Portugal, Spain and Sweden U21

Piece of piss, should have gone for a couple of handicaps tbh. Nice to be on the winning side for once though.

I got a bit over confident and added an irish league side to this who ended up drawing

£5 on Diego Milito to finish with the Golden boot returns £330.

£10 on Uraguay to reach the quarters returns £60

Surely worth a punt?

Can't see him playing.

Aye, seems as though Maradona hasn't been impressed by him this season.

What sort of odds would you be looking at for Spain to win it and Villa to be top scorer?

USA at 7/1 is a great bet. Although the less than 2.5 goals also looks fairly likely.

USA are a great bet at 4/1 draw no bet too (Skybet).

Aye I've stuck a rogue £1 on this just to cheer me up a little should the worst happen.
