Thespence
Given his international scoring record, I had to have a couple of quid each way on Crouch for the golden boot. Was something like 70/1. 50/1 looks the highest bet out there now with Stan James.
Ronaldo
Ta. £5 on that.
Foluwashola
70/1 is madness. Crouch could easily have 4 goals by the KO stage. The bookies know what they are doing, he has no hope in hell of being top scorer. 33/1 is more sensible on the part of the bookies. I'd have said similar about Miroslav Klose last time but 4 goals might be all you'll need to win it and Crouch is capable of that figure, however unlikely. Did Klose not get 4 against Saudi Arabia or something though? Can't see Crouch getting a brace in any game tbh.
Ronaldo
I can, given the opposition in the group.

Can't see him playing. Aye, seems as though Maradona hasn't been impressed by him this season. What sort of odds would you be looking at for Spain to win it and Villa to be top scorer? Neil
If you're confident in them then it's good value: something like 16/1. Not a bet for me.
