Why is Geremi good in the World Cup?!?!

Time and space.

Are we in some weird alternative dimension like?

In terms of closing down, club football in England is of a much higher standard.

I was surprised Denmark didn't make more of an effort to go all out for the 3rd goal in the last 5 minutes. Another goal would have meant a draw against Japan would have been enough, even if Cameroon had scored, they'd have had the exact same objective in that match.

World Cup 2010: Brazil Ponder Rejecting Didier Drogba's Use By Cote D' Ivoire

The cast remains a hot topic...

Brazil are looking into the possibility of requesting that Cote d' Ivoire striker Didier Drogba be ruled out of Sunday's World Cup clash against them.

The Striker, Ivory Coast's biggest threat to the Selecao's goal, is expected to start for the Elephants as he edges closer to a full recovery from an arm injury.

Still, the Chelsea striker will play in a cast, just like he did against Portugal on Tuesday, a match which ended in a sour 0-0 draw.

Brazil doctor Jose Luiz Runco has declared that he will look into the matter in the meeting with FIFA's general coordinator for the match.

"We will have a technical meeting in a while, where the subject will be assessed," he said at a press conference.

"Theoretically, he must have used an elbow protection against Portugal. We will analyse [the cast] and give our point of view.

"If Drogba's protection has something metallic in it, it cannot be used. Anything metallic is not allowed."

Earlier this week, Portuguese Football Federation technical director Carlos Godinho indicated his side had told FIFA that Drogba could not play against them, receiving a response that the referee was the ultimate ruler on the matter.

Slovakia manager doing an FM press conference and storming off after a stupid question by Slovakian media.

"Do you respect Paraguay?"

".... Of course I respect Paraguay, why else would I sit here now? Thank you to all foreign journalists, you've been great. Goodbye."
